Séjour exceptionnel
Pros:

Notre séjour a été fantastique !
Nous avions réservé une chambre standard et avons eu la surprise d'un surclassement en King suite, ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus belle ! La chambre était très spacieuse et confortable. Nous avons pu profiter du bain à remous et du Spa de l'hôtel (piscine, sauna...), d'autant plus agréable compte tenu de la météo qui était mauvaise. La déco est belle.
Et le petit-déjeuner est très copieux.
Nous sommes également passés par l'hôtel pour réserver un tour en montgolfière. À cause de la météo, notre vol a été décalé de 2 jours, mais l'hôtel a tout organisé pour que nous puissions tout de même avoir de la place et nous avons été seulement 2 dans la nacelle :)
Merci pour ce séjour vraiment incroyable !

Otel Müdiresi Şeyda Hanım ve önbürodan Cemalettin Bey’e cok tesekkur ederiz. Bize kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettirdiler. Kahveler ikram ettiler, ilk ke. gitmemize ragmen oda upgrade ettirdiler cocukla rahat edelim diye. Harika bir deneyimdi!

Cons:

Keske öglen ve aksam yemeği seçenekleri de olan bir mutfagı olsaydı . Ancak kahvaltı mukemmeldi!

Один из лучших отелей Гореме! Смело приезжайте именно сюда - не пожалеете
Pros:

Отличный уютный отель и профессиональный дружелюбный персонал. Удобно расположен - и близко к центру, и вверху над городом, с открытых площадок отеля прекрасные виды на долину Гореме и красочные закаты, есть где посидеть полюбоваться. Небольшой лайфхак: через ресторан отеля можно пройти на центральную смотровую площадку Гореме, где установлен флаг и все собираются, при этом вы избежите оплату. Впрочем в этом нет особой нужды т.к. и из отеля все видно. В отеле есть номера в виде настоящих колоритных пещер, а не только названия, как в многих других отелях этого места. Здесь хороший спа комплекс с турецким хамамом, сауной, крытым теплым бассейном и массажем. Есть своя парковка, если вы на машине. Чисто, свежая отделка и обстановка. В части номеров камин, которым мы с удовольствием воспользовались в один из холодных вечеров. По всем вопросам встречали помощь и поддержку персонала. Мы жили здесь несколько дней, в том числе праздновали здесь день рождения супруги. Нам предложили бесплатно повысить категорию номера, помогли мне организовать небольшие презенты, поздравили от своего имени - было очень трогательно и приятно. Но и общий сервис по организации поездки также удобен, можно многое решить еще до того, как вы сюда приедете - сотрудники активно общаются в переписке, предлагают услуги и живо реагируют на нестандартные просьбы. Спасибо им большое за прекрасный отдых!

Cons:

Не понимаю почему ресторан отеля подает однообразные завтраки (не шведский стол и по меню можно выбрать только вид яишницы). Вроде вкусно, но за несколько дней надоедает. Ужинов в ресторане вообще нет, хотя это и не проблема, много других ресторанов вокруг.

Nice cave hotel. Good location
Pros:

Pleasant cave hotel, nice and clean rooms, very helpful and professional staff. Breakfast was fresh. Coffee, hot dishes were prepared for each guest according to request at arrival at restaurant; good choices. Pleasant restaurant staff. Advantage - free car parking. Lovely SPA - nice and clean turkish bath, sauna and pool.

Cons:

Breakfast start time (8:30) could be earlier, at least at 8:00 a.m. SPA common area could be warmer. WiFi in the lower rooms could be better. Additional SPA procedures (massage etc.) are very expensive and could be more reasonable to avoid guest "leakage" to another Goreme and Uchisar hammam facilities. We used SPA services in another locations for far lower price.

素晴らしいホスピタリティと信頼できるスタッフに感謝

空港からホテルに到着した際、妻がタクシーの中にカバンを忘れてしまうというトラブルがありました。チェックイン時に気づいた時には、すでにタクシーは走り去った後で途方に暮れていました。
しかし、ホテルのレセプションに相談したところ、3名ほどのスタッフがすぐさま動いてくださり、電話やメールで懸命にタクシー会社を捜索してくれました。その甲斐あって、無事にカバンが手元に戻ってきました。
見知らぬ土地でのトラブルに対し、まるで自分のことのように親身になって対応してくれたスタッフの皆さんの姿に、夫婦で深く感動しました。
サービスが素晴らしいだけでなく、非常に信頼のおける、安心して宿泊できるホテルです。滞在中も常に温かい心遣いで接していただき、忘れられない滞在になりました。心から感謝しています。またこの街を訪れる際は、必ずここに宿泊したいと思います。

Upon arriving at the hotel, we realized my wife had left her bag in the taxi. We were panicked as the taxi had already departed.
When we consulted the reception, three staff members immediately went above and beyond, making numerous phone calls and sending emails to track down the taxi company. Thanks to their dedicated efforts, the bag was safely returned to us.
We were deeply moved by their kindness and willingness to help us as if it were their own problem. This hotel is not only professional but also incredibly reliable and safe. The staff’s warm hospitality made our stay truly special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay here again.
