Excellent cave hotel, great for families
Pros:

Very accommodating staff from arrival. Rooms had reliable AC and modern bathrooms. Pool, spa, massage area, and a large Turkish hammam on-site. Tasty set breakfast each morning. Staff handled our luggage at check-in and check-out despite stairs throughout the property. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and it's a pickup point for major balloon operators.

Cons:

Hotel is on a hill, so a bit of an uphill walk to reach it.

Lo staff eccezionale, sono riusciti a prenotarmi una gita a cavallo in pochi minuti (dopo che quella prenotata da booking era stata cancellata 1 ora prima della partenza) la struttura impeccabile, ci hanno fatto un upgrade della stanza con una suite spaziosa con 2 docce e la jacuzzi. E che dire del centro massaggi…abbiamo provato il pacchetto con massaggio ottomano… niente di paragonabile.

A wonderful memory!!
Pros:

The entire experience in Cappadocia was truly amazing. Omer at front desk was very welcoming and eager to assist with any information we needed. The facilities were clean and spacious. We were given a Cave Room which was a unique experience and worth the price. The location is close to the main town area so everything is close by. The staff and the gentleman who assist by the car park, luggage and around the hotel was very kind and always so helpful. The breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel!!! Wish our stay was longer.
