空港からホテルに到着した際、妻がタクシーの中にカバンを忘れてしまうというトラブルがありました。チェックイン時に気づいた時には、すでにタクシーは走り去った後で途方に暮れていました。
しかし、ホテルのレセプションに相談したところ、3名ほどのスタッフがすぐさま動いてくださり、電話やメールで懸命にタクシー会社を捜索してくれました。その甲斐あって、無事にカバンが手元に戻ってきました。
見知らぬ土地でのトラブルに対し、まるで自分のことのように親身になって対応してくれたスタッフの皆さんの姿に、夫婦で深く感動しました。
サービスが素晴らしいだけでなく、非常に信頼のおける、安心して宿泊できるホテルです。滞在中も常に温かい心遣いで接していただき、忘れられない滞在になりました。心から感謝しています。またこの街を訪れる際は、必ずここに宿泊したいと思います。

Exceptional hospitality and trustworthy staff!

Upon arriving at the hotel, we realized my wife had left her bag in the taxi. We were panicked as the taxi had already departed.
When we consulted the reception, three staff members immediately went above and beyond, making numerous phone calls and sending emails to track down the taxi company. Thanks to their dedicated efforts, the bag was safely returned to us.
We were deeply moved by their kindness and willingness to help us as if it were their own problem. This hotel is not only professional but also incredibly reliable and safe. The staff’s warm hospitality made our stay truly special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay here again. Tout était parfait ! Le personnel adorable, la chambre décorée avec gout et confortable, spacieuse. La baignoire géante. Le petit dejeuner copieux, l’espace spa avec la piscine tres agreable et le vaste sauna.
On a adoré notre séjour et si nous revenons à Goreme, nous reviendrons au même hôtel !!

Cons:

Si je dois trouver quelque chose, je dirais juste que le seche cheveux manque de puissance pour etre efficace :)

Good location with hamam and underground pool
Pros:

Very good location, just the entrance of the scenic point of Goreme to view the hot balloon at sunrise and the whole city.

It’s a very clean and quiet hotel. Reception staff are helpful to guide us parking and carry our luggage’s up to our rooms. Rooms are nice with big bathroom which have jacuzzi as well. We are a family of six and booked two double rooms. They gave us one bedroom upgraded to King suite as both rooms located in the same building. We can easily view the hot balloons with few steps up outside of our rooms.

Breakfast is very delicious, even it’s not buffet style, all the food provided are of very high quality and freshly made, like the pancakes, gözleme, chocolate cake. Eggs are of different styles based on your order and were served quickly.

Last but not least, we enjoy our time in the underground swimming pool, hamam and sauna after a long day walk. It’s a precious gem in Cappadocia and we highly recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy holiday here.

This hotel was absolutely perfect!
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are great! Everything was clean and well equipped. The location was perfect for overlooking the town and easy access to Sunset ridge where we watched the balloons launch first thing in the morning.

Cons:

We didn't mind it, but others may not like have to walk up and down the hill to get into town (uphill walk on the way back to the hotel).

Красивое место, жили в пещере, вкусные завтраки, необычный вайб, персонал очень внимательный и заботливый
