Great central Cappadocia cave hotel
Pros:

Fantastic location. Staff so helpful. Beautiful room with a terrace where you can see the whole of Goreme & even the balloons at sunrise.Also minutes from sunset hill.

Cons:

All great. Just wished I's stayed longer. 2nights not enough, definate need 3-4 minimum.

Pros:

Absolutely beautiful property! Staff was helpful and polite. Loved the breakfast.

Cons:

Overall a good experience. Breakfast could have started a little earlier, and didn’t love the pillows. Would have appreciated a dresser in place of the beautiful but less functional (but beautiful)?sideboard cabinet in our room just from an organizational standpoint.

I would highly recommend this place for US visitors.
Pros:

This Hotel is a great location to stay in (Goreme) - Cappadocia. The management and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They made sure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. The Manager (Ms. Seyda) and assistant mgr. were very attentive to her guest and helpful. Another lady (Sude) was also extremely helpful for booking events and any other things we needed. Overall, an excellent team of helpful people.

Cons:

Just a suggestion: The breakfast service was a little slow, because they had to take orders from guests, bring everything and clean up afterward, which require more resources. I would recommend changing to a buffet style breakfast and only cook the eggs per customers' desire. The rest could be prepared ahead of time.

Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at this beautiful property with excellent staff. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe and secure. They booked my hot air balloon ride and day tour, and everything was well-coordinated. Communication was fast and efficient, and they answered all my questions promptly.

Pros:

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in!

Absolutely beautiful hotel with a stunning cave-style room, gorgeous facilities and exceptional cleanliness. The spa with its sauna and small pool was a lovely bonus, and breakfast was fresh and delicious. The location is perfect for exploring Göreme, and the hotel helped us organise our hot-air balloon flight, making everything so easy.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. I travel quite a lot, and this was genuinely one of my favourite places I’ve ever stayed. It made our trip to Cappadocia extra special. I would highly recommend it and would love to return!

Overall, it was an unforgettable experience!
Pros:

The location of the property was suburb and the architectural design was very unique, however the room with first day at was extremely noisy as it was on the corner of the ticker booth of the viewpoint. We couldn’t sleep at all that night from the high noise level. I spoke to the receptionist and he kindly mentioned the matter to the manager and she made arrangements in another room, which was very kind of them. She made every effort for us to be happy and comfortable so thank you SEYDA hanim and BERAT BEY for your professionalism and kindness. My husband and I was also surprised at how swiftly and thoroughly CEMALETTIN BEY went through housekeeping matters as soon as we arrived.
Because we couldn’t check in early, he organised a whole day tour for us on the spot so we got to make use of the day we arrived (as we arrived very early but it was very last minute so we really appreciated that). He was extremely respectful and kind in his approach too. . Thank you!

Cons:

A few guests wanted to eat upstairs, but it wasn’t open even though the weather was nice on the first day we arrived. The breakfast wasn’t open buffet so I don’t think it would’ve been a problem.

There was no window in the room we were upgraded to and it felt quite claustrophobic after a few hours in there but there was a window in the bathroom that could not be closed and it got quite cold at night on the second day.

Pros:

Clean, beautiful, friendly, accommodating, perfect location. One of the nicest places I have ever stayed. I had one of the highest rooms, so the view was amazing right from my windows.

Cons:

There was not one thing I did not like. Professionals here.
