Firstly, I was very disappointed to find that other guests who booked lower-priced rooms were given complimentary upgrades to better suites, while the suite I booked at a higher price was of poorer condition and standard. This made me feel that the room allocation was unfair and did not reflect the price difference.

After I raised this issue, I was offered a room change. However, the new room had a serious hygiene problem, with a large number of ants found on the bed and in the room. This caused me significant discomfort and concern.

The staff promised that the room would be thoroughly cleaned the next day, but I was later informed that the room had already been sold to another guest. This raises serious concerns about the hygiene standards of your property and whether proper cleaning procedures are actually being followed.

Gracias por unos maravillosos días en Goreme
Pros:

La ubicación era preciosa con vistas. El desayuno estupendo en cantidad y calidad, servido en la mesa con con fruta, pan, bollería, quesos y embutidos, huevos.... Muy rico todo.
El personal encantador y siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar.
El spa muy agradable.
A pesar de la importante nevada se preocuparon en que los accesos estuvieran siempre limpios para poder llegar sin problemas a las habitaciones.

Cons:

No tenemos nada negativo que comentar.

Отличное расположение, вкусные завтраки
Pros:

Хороший, уютный отель, завтраки просто супер, не шведский стол, все приносят в горячем виде, хлеб очень вкусный и молочные продукты, на выбор блюда из яиц , все в меру , красивый вид на завтраке. Расположение хорошее, все рядом , спускаешься и в городе, поднимаешься немного и на обзорной площадке, где все встречают и провожают рассветы и закаты. Секретный лайфхак, если выйдете через ресторан , то платить за вход на обзорную не нужно, об этом я сама догадалась, а так с человека 30 лир, не дорого, но все же. Кстати ребята молодцы, мы приехали поздно и попросила приготовить сэндвичи для детей, они приготовили на всех и на взрослых , комплименты были в виде вкусняшек, в комнате Nespresso, что тоже удобно .

Cons:

Было немного душно, так как были включены обогреватели, окно одно и маленькое ))) все жалуются , что в пещерах холодно, а нам было очень душно , к отелю не относится, но если вы не любите замкнутых пространств, то не советую выбирать пещерные комнаты.

Splendidi i ragazzi dello staff! Sempre disponibili e pronti anche a rispondere via whatsApp!
La colazione buona, non a buffet ma servita al tavolo.
La stanza era spaziosa e pulita...il bagno grande e ben riscaldato (siamo stati a gennaio con circa - 10 gradi fuori).
L'hotel è proprio sotto il punto panoramico e si possono vedere le Mongolfiere salendo a piedi oppure dalla terrazza dell'hotel.

Cons:

Non abbiamo usato la spa e la piscina per il poco tempo che avevamo purtroppo! Ma è molto bella.
