Казкове місце, неймовірно красивий готель, куди не заглянь - всюди фантастично 😍 Прекрасний персонал. Привіт чарівній покоївці Reyhan та дуже милій Sila з ресепшен. На жаль, не знаю імен хлопців з ресепшен, ресторану та спа - вони чудові і уважні, трудяться як бджілки. Дякую за нашу незабутню відпустку! 👋 Окрема подяка адміністрації готелю за презент до мого дня народження, це дуже цінно 🥰 Бажаю готелю тільки приємних гостей, процвітання і жодних проблем.
Спа вражаючої краси, ці неймовірні люстри, теплий басейн, номер в справжній печері, сніданки в прекрасному ресторані або на терасах з красивим краєвидом, найгарніша будівля в Гьореме - підкорили моє серце 😍 Всі перехожі зупинялися сфотографувати цей готель))) Хитрість, якою ми користувалися: вихід до оглядового майданчика через ресторан 🤫

Would recommend if heading to Göreme you put the Inperial Suites as a preference when looking for accommodation. 5 star

Incroyable !
Pros:

Tout : l’accueil incroyable (avec une surprise à notre arrivée et la gentillesse de la gérante), la très belle chambre, le petit déjeuner délicieux, le spa, l’emplacement (a goreme mais sur les hauteurs pour éviter le bruit du centre) et la proximité immédiate avec un magnifique point de vue pour voir les ballons. Tout était parfait ! On a adoré ! Je vous le recommande vivement !

Séjour exceptionnel

Notre séjour a été fantastique !
Nous avions réservé une chambre standard et avons eu la surprise d'un surclassement en King suite, ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus belle ! La chambre était très spacieuse et confortable. Nous avons pu profiter du bain à remous et du Spa de l'hôtel (piscine, sauna...), d'autant plus agréable compte tenu de la météo qui était mauvaise. La déco est belle.
Et le petit-déjeuner est très copieux.
Nous sommes également passés par l'hôtel pour réserver un tour en montgolfière. À cause de la météo, notre vol a été décalé de 2 jours, mais l'hôtel a tout organisé pour que nous puissions tout de même avoir de la place et nous avons été seulement 2 dans la nacelle :)
Merci pour ce séjour vraiment incroyable !

Otel Müdiresi Şeyda Hanım ve önbürodan Cemalettin Bey’e cok tesekkur ederiz. Bize kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettirdiler. Kahveler ikram ettiler, ilk ke. gitmemize ragmen oda upgrade ettirdiler cocukla rahat edelim diye. Harika bir deneyimdi!

Keske öglen ve aksam yemeği seçenekleri de olan bir mutfagı olsaydı . Ancak kahvaltı mukemmeldi!
