Lovely hotel
Pros:

The room with two balconies overlooking the river and the Collegiata was wonderfully light and the bed was comfortable. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The WiFi was strong. The location is perfect for visiting Toro.

Cons:

The parking was very tight and difficult to manoeuvre when busy which it was on this visit. The breakfast was OK except that both coffee machines had problems and getting a cup of coffee was stressful!

Un hotel con encanto en el centro de Toro
Pros:

Ubicación ideal. Tiene aparcamiento en la puerta pero si está lleno hay una plaza muy cerca que se puede aparcar gratis.
Limpieza, comodidad, trato en recepción excelente.
Totalmente recomendable.

Cons:

As informações do recepcionista não foram as melhores à chegada no hotel. Quando lhe perguntámos onde jantar, indicou vários restaurantes, todos fechados por ser segunda feira. Essa informação deveria ter sido dada logo de início para evitar ao cliente ter de andar pela cidade a constatar o facto.

Sympatic personnel, beautiful room, good bed, shower and wifi. Great view, nice balconies, great location in the historical center. Decent breakfast.

Cons:

Parking in front of hotel was very tight. Fortunately these is plenty of public space nearby.

Sales de la puerta y a escasos metros estás en los soportales de Toro... La habitación está muy bien y las vistas geniales.

Pros:

El personal es muy atento y la ubicación es perfecta con unas vistas preciosas. Las camas muy cómodas y todo muy limpio.

Cons:

Tal vez el baño necesitaría una pequeña reforma aunque estaba limpio y tenía todos los elementos necesarios.

El hotel es muy bonito y está todo impoluto,pero lo mejor del hotel es sin duda el personal, todos encantadores. El trato es inmejorable. La habitación es muy amplia y bastante confortable

Lo peor es que al pasar gente fuera de la habitación se oye todo, y particularmente nuestra habitación al entrar tenía un ligero olor a tubería, pero dejaba de notarse después de un rato.
