You get what you pay for. Definitely not a 4 star property, more similar to a motel on the interstate. Rooms are aged and bathrooms can use more cleaning. Don't believe the pictures

Beware their workers
Pros:

Stay for 2 person.. in the end giving 1 towel.. and their workers is very dangerous.. ask me for the deposit rm100.. and in the end he told me will bank transfer.. company never bank transfer to me..

Pros:

im stay here for solo trip and already order for king size bed. But they gave me 2 double single bed. can u imagine just staying 1 person so i need combine the bed with my own. Already request for change as i ordered but they refused. Will not staying with this company Again. First and Last !!

Room is good but the reception is not good at all
Pros:

over all the room and facilities are good but its really bad as there is no reception and there is no one to help you unless you make a call and someone will come and pick you up to your room. if you don't have any local number than you are in trouble.

Pros:

Everything was nice except two staff . The lady manager sent somebody inside to check water pipe without to let me know. And the staff of maintenance was in front of my entrance door for more than an hour and i was able to feel i disturb him that i am still in my room. I paid to be in that room and was only fir one night... then staff who opened me the doir and help me with my luggages. He started to ask me if i arrive from east tower from another rental company. I did not answer and he looked at me angry.

Excellent location and truly delightful staff!
Pros:

The serviced suites are the best location for those coming from Singapore by bus, as the bus stops right in front of the adjacent Berjaya Times Square Hotel (also, buses going to SG pick up passengers here). There's a pool, gym, sauna and steam room you can use. Also, there's a mall below. The mall is connected to Imbi LRT station, so it's really convenient. One station away is Bukit Bintang, where you can find malls like Farenheit 88, KL Pavilion and Isetan, among others. From KL Pavilion, it's less than 10 minutes away to KLCC/KL City Park and Petronas Towers via an air-conditioned pedestrian walkway. Most of all, the staff is very accommodating and helpful. Ms Agnes, in particular, has been particularly delightful!
