Hotel de alto nível, no meio do centro, localização excelente, tranquilidade. Ainda tive a grata supresa de ter um almoço de cortesia em decorrência ao dia do aniversário. Instalações e equipe impecáveis.

Una estadía de ensueño!!!
Pros:

Todo. Los detalles en la merienda, la atención en la piscina, el desayuno, la atención en general de todo el personal, la ubicación frente al mar, la ropa de cama y artículos de tocador excelentes, la decoración artesanal con detalles de lujo. La música y la decoración y ambientación nos hizo trasladar a Bali.
10 puntos es quedarse corto!

Nada. Solo que si van en auto es difícil llegar ya que esta muy céntrico y el transito de la ciudad es peatonal en ese lugar dependiendo el horario

Gute Lage, schlechter Service
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt und der Nachmittagstee mit Kuchen sind klasse.

Cons:

4 Stunden auf den Checkin gewartet und keiner hat Bescheid gegeben, als das Zimmer bereit war. Der Safe funktioniert nicht, die Armaturen in der Dusche fallen ab. Die Reinigung der Zimmer ist sehr oberflächlich. Das Personal beim Frühstück ist nachlässig und desinteressiert. Eier werden ohne Salz und Pfeffer serviert und Schinken und Käse ohne Brot. Kein guter Start in den Tag. Die Qualität des Restaurantangebots am Pool ist wirklich miserabel. Wir haben das Essen zurückgehen lassen und uns ab dann bei den Strandbars versorgt. Wäre die Lage des Hotels nicht so gut wäre es nicht zu empfehlen.

Hotel ótimo . Super recomendo.
Pros:

Fomos recepcionados muito bem pela Sra Isaura que foi muito prestativa . Amamos o atendimento recebido . O café da manhã é ótimo e a localização privilegiada . A vista do quarto era incrível !!! Todas as tardes traziam uma surpresa nos quartos e era servido um café da tarde muito gostoso . Amamos a estadia e temos planos de retornar.

Cons:

Tive um pequeno problema com a cama pois tenho problema de coluna . Mas a equipe fez de tudo para me ajudar .
