Dessa vez, teve um problema com um rapaz da recepção chamado Lázaro. Houve uma discussão entre o hóspede e ele. Segundo o hospede( não fui eu, contratei a hospedagem para outra pessoa através do booking), esse rapaz foi ríspido com ele e o mesmo, revidou o tratamento.
