Pros:

O hotel vem se degradando cada vez mais. Tirando o excelente atendimento da recepcionista CHANDA, o restante vem se degradando. Inexiste sinal de internet, não há nenhum canal que funcione nas TVs que sequer são Smart. Corredores sujos, cortinas que não vedam, toalhas rasgadas, café da manhã sofrível, sem reposições imediatas e pouca diversidade de alimentos. Infelizmente, por mais que se tente gostar, fazem esforço para piorar o local.

Excelente atendimento e receptividade por parte da CHANDA. No restante, o hotel estase degradando. No quarto sujeira, corredores sujos, não pega nenhum canal nas TVs, apenas 1 controle para os quartos e não funciona.

Um hotel caro para o que entrega, os quartos são grandes, mas não tem nada de especial, o sofa da sala com 20 minutos você quer levantar, o banheiro seuqer tem cesta de lixo, as toalhas fazem "peeling"de tão asperas, a cama tem bom tamanho, mas você não copnsegue entrar e sair sem se raspar na TV, dimensionamento impróprio. Café da manhã, sofrivel, falta tudo e não tem sequer Bacon, tem uma linguiça ruim, ao invés de presunto é "apresuntado", falta capricho, zelo e cuidado com os usuários.

Atendimento da recepção rápido. Garagem gigante. Quarto super espaçoso, novo e limpo. Não tivemos problemas com barulho. Banheiro bom, ducha boa.
Ressalvas: como todo hotel, pia do banheiro meio entupida e secador beeeeem fraco. Mas nada que prejudique muito a experiência.
