Nice location and walkable to beach. Comfortable hotel and my kids enjoyed the pool. Great breakfast and added variety since we stayed 4 nights.

Clean & had pool
First morning when we came for breakfast, they were mostly out of everything
It was only one lady to do everything
Short on staff
For 3 nights we were there no cleaning got done for our room
Second day ask the front desk why our room didn’t get cleaned again He said I don’t know.
Oatmeal was well done - there wasn’t bacon in everything - the fresh cinnamon rolls were very nice
It's quite, walking to shops, casino and beach and breakfast included was great,
Excellent location with view of the beach. Staff was friendly and very quick with requests. Breakfast was great.
The loading carts were a bit rickety.
Restaurants nearby. Room was modern and exceeded my expectations.
Male Receptionist on arrival not very friendly but other staff excellent. Perhaps guy on arrival was new to job so will make allowance for this.

The rooms are always clean and fresh. Beds are very comfortable. Great breakfast.
Was looking forward to the hot cookies at check-in. Staff told us that they just didn't get around to making them. Very dismissive. My grandchildren were very unhappy.Not an appropriate answer.
The luggage carts at this location are very awkward and ungainly. We ended up carrying most of our things up to our room.

No ice machine on 2nd floor
It was close to beach,pet friendly and room were bigger than other ones I stayed in which is nice.
The pool was freezing and pet area was mainly rocks very little grass.
We had a really bad experience at this hotel! I was in crutches and they initially placed us in a room quite far from the elevator. Then that room's shower was not working. I had an extensive care process for my injury at the time that I had started, but had to wrap up to let them in to verify the broken shower. Then of course we had to change the actual room. Back to treating my leg, but much later in the night now :( In the morning talked to the front desk, initial guy was super nice and understanding. Then the manager came in and said because we used booking.com he wouldn't give us any concessions. Finally the nice guy helped us get to a place where if we submitted via booking.com we'd get some refund! Manager agreed in person too yay. Noooo manager low key lied they first ghosted us (booking.com told us) and then they flat out rejected it. So yeah wouldn't recommend this place honestly never met people like this before kind of disillusioning :|
