Comfortable with adequate, but not exceptional, service .
Pros:

Nice location, good breakfast, comfortable.

Cons:

They had a shortage of pillows, and the keys to the rooms deactivated frequently, the staff seemed short- handed.

wonderful place to stay.
Pros:

This hotel is a little off the main strip so it is quiet, plenty of parking, clean, comfortable, very friendly staff. I would stay here again for sure.

Cons:

There were alot of people so breakfast was a little lacking. I don't think they were quite prepared for so many people or their breakfast is really skimpy but I like to believe they were not prepared for so many people.

Pros:

Check in was easy, the breakfast was okay. Beds were comfy.

Cons:

Door would not fully close on its own. Had to hold down the handle on the toilet to get stuff to go down. There was no bathmat in the bathroom, shower very slippery. Front daytime staff seemed very upset being at work.

The breakfast was served hot & had a good variety. The hotel room was very nice. Staff was very friendly & polit
Pros:

It had a large, clean suite & a full hot breakfast.

Cons:

It had a very slimy hot tub & had a buildup of biofilm (bacteria) or severely imbalanced water chemistry (low sanitizer or high pH). The pool as well. They need to be cleaned & fixed. I slipped into the hot tub because of the slim on the stairs. It was a good thing that I was holding onto the grab bar; I pulled my shoulder.

Loved our stay but could definitely have had a better breakfast.
Pros:

Loved the location and always love the holiday inn.

Cons:

Didn’t LOVE the breakfast. Not sure what has been changed but I used to love everything, now, I can barely find items I like.
