Staff members were friendly and breakfast buffet was was good.
Good location
The facility was very dirty floors had spills all over the place from the previous day. The room had a terrible odor and was not cleaned before our stay with dirty towels still left in the bathroom. Was not cleaned the second day either and was told there was no other room to move us to because they were sold out.

I have a really bad back. When I took a shower the bottom WAS EXTREMELY SLIPPERY! I was very concerned I was going to fall.
The free breakfast the first day. The location was quiet and tucked away.
The fact that my key card kept getting rejected at the doors. This happened 3 times before I was told that they're sensitive and to keep them away from phones, chargers, and keys. They should tell you that when you check in. My son got locked out of the building because of this issue and had to walk around the building at night to get it fixed. The breakfast was mediocre. They didn't serve syrup when my son made a pancake, it was honey. Who does that? Then the pancake maker broke. The cleaners suck, didn't make my beds like they used to. They forgot to leave more coffee cups when they came in. I had to call the front desk to ask for more towels and cups and it wasn't brought up to my room. She asked me to come to her. The cups she gave me, my husband said were dirty and used. I didn't notice when she handed them to me cuz I was being trusting. But sure enough, they were used, and had old, dried up coffee drips on the lip. the place smelt bad when you walked in from the back door. The beds were ok.
