Guests booking Non-Refundable Rates should inform Montargil Monte Novo of their invoicing details (Name, Address and VAT number) at the time of booking.
Please note that it is allowed a maximum of 2 pets up to 15 kg, per reservation, per villa.
Pets are only allowed in the Villas, not in the rooms.
Payments in cash:
• According to the Portuguese law, cash transactions are limited to a maximum of €3000 or its equivalent in foreign currency. When payment is done by individuals not residents in Portugal and not acting as entrepreneurs or merchants, the limit is €10 000.
• For IRC taxpayers, as well as IRS taxpayers who have or must have organized accounting, payments of an amount equal to or greater than €1000, or its equivalent in foreign currency, must be made through a means of payment that allow the identification of the respective recipient.
• Cash payment of taxes exceeding €500 is not allowed.
During the check-in, the Montargil Monte Novo reserves the right to request a security deposit to guarantee the payment of any damage and/or loss of any equipment part of the villa inventory.
The villa inventory, with the cost of each equipment, will be provided to the guest.
At the time of the check-in, a security deposit will be requested. This security deposit can be paid in cash or by credit card.
The amounts vary according to the type of accommodations:
2 (two) bedroom villa: 300,00€ (three hundred euros);
3 (three) bedroom villa: 400,00€ (four hundred euros):
The amount of the deposit will be returned at the time of the check-out, after verifying that there are no damages.
Please note that pets are only allowed in the following units: VillasPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
