Ok!
Pros:

Quiet suburb and sued my purpose. Easy access from car to room.

Cons:

No hot water. The receptionist said some rooms had showers plumbed back to front but couldn’t compensate me (I was packed and checking out anyhow) because I’d booked through Booking.com. Not a good response or solution.
