Pros:

We have stayed at Madison Inn over many years. Recently, they did a lot of upgrade. Very close to the event we attended.

Cons:

Over all the stay was comfortable but I recommend they get new beds at least in our bedroom.

It is good for 1 night stay.
Pros:

Free parking. Close to downtown Spokane and is next to the hospital.

Cons:

Breakfast was meh. Typical freezer muffins brought out to thaw, biscuits and gravy, packets of Quaker oatmeal, bananas, yogurt. Hot water wasn't hot to heat up tea or oatmeal packet

It was relaxing and in a safe location, I felt secure and the place was nice
Pros:

I loved the breakfast part, the food was really good my favorite was the biscuits and gravy, and they have good selections regarding coffee and both hot and cold beverages

Made our hospital stay easier.
Pros:

Staff was very accommodating to any need. The hotel is located adjacent to a major area hospital so many of the guests were staying there for that reason. Our room even had a recliner that helped my daughter when she got out of the hospital.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Rooms were comfortable and had the basics. Price was affordable.

Cons:

On the parking pass they placed my room number. For safety, I would have preferred that not be written on there. There was an area under sink by wall in bathroom that had a clear dirt or mold line. Bring your own shampoo/condition because the complimentary ones are terrible.
