We stayed here for one night at the end of may 2026 while waiting on our beach house to become available the next night, and our AC did not kick on all night it stayed set at 78. The next morning we spoke to the front desk lady and she was very rude and dismissive and would not look up from her personal cell phone while stating that she couldn’t help us and the issue would have to wait until Monday when the GM Kevin Patel got in. She was supposed to have him give me a call, he did not. I sent multiple emails and received no response. I also left a note on the Hilton survey that we would like to be contacted and never heard anything.
Yes the AC was frustrating but the horrible customer service and lack of response really tops it off.

We were next to laundry room so you can hear it throughout the day and night. Always had to wait on a staff member, rarely can you find someone at the front. I stayed an extra night and asked them to clean the room and they said yes but didn’t get it done. When I called front desk they stated you had to let them know 24 hours in advance which makes no sense because I booked an extra night which means you would have had to clean the room anyway if I would’ve checked out!
The price was right and located fairly well. Coffee was good.
Parking wasn't great and the staff was none existent. Upon checking in, I waited possibly 15 minutes before I even saw a front desk person. Wasn't really that clean for a Marriott ⁹
The room was comfortable and the shower was amazing!
The pool area needs updated and needs to stay open later then 5 p.m. also the breakfast was not kept stocked including the coffee .
