Tru Rocking Hotel!
Pros:

The staff was friendly, kind,and very helpful. My room and the lobby area was very clean, quiet, and soothing. Love that I had options to the gym and to play games. I also like that there was more than one way to come in and out. The coffee stayed fresh and yummy. 🤗 I will most definitely revisit and recommend for friends and family for the future.

Cons:

There isn't anything I didn't like.

No body soap in shower only hand soap. Stickers torn up. Multiple rooms not cleaned and doors left ajar. Drink coolers empty and covers falling apart. Was charged 5 dollars for a small Red Bull.

Excellent value for a comfortable hotel
Pros:

This Tru Hilton is well run and in excellent condition. Our room was tidy and cheery, great for a short stay. The staff was very accommodating, and we got a lot of value for the money.

Cons:

Pillows could have been a bit firmer, but this is a very minor complaint for a hotel that exceeded our expectations.

Pros:

Very disappointed, very deceptive. The pictures may have been from when it was first built, but it need to be updated to show a true view of the hotel.

Cons:

I did not like this hotel. The rooms were very close in the very unpleasant smell when you first walked into the hotel smell like kind of stuffy and the bathroom was unkept. The wallpapers were beginning to peel off the tub was old and not clean to perfection so no. The breakfast was not fresh and some of the equipment wasn’t working well, it was hard for people to comprehend how to use some of the equipment.

It was adequate and a place to lay your head for the night.
Pros:

It is convenient, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. But then again, premade hot food is not the best when it sits in warmers.
The pillows were too soft for me.
