Ice machines are always out of order. It was the second hotel that had the same problem in a weekend stay with notes saying out of order go to third floor

Location from the airport was perfect. Easy to find and get to.

booked this hotel as a last-minute quick getaway and i would do it again! at check-in their key system was down for maybe 10 minutes, but the front desk staff was so friendly and the lobby is so neat and fresh we did not mind to hang for a minute at all! the room was clean and functional in all aspects, ac was perfect, great location if ur going to hang at ft walton beach theres public beach access up and down the strip! and a straight shot to destin as well. loved this hotel will be back!!!! thanks for a great stay.
Staff was nice. Parking was easy.
Rooms do not have an air out, there's a fake extractor on top of toilet that doesn't work or is even an extractor is just the cover. You have to ask for housekeeping instead of it happening unless you decline. They only give you two sets of super thin towels. Rooms are very tight, some of the lights don't even work. Housekeeping was cleaning room and found some earrings that were not mine so who knows how often or well they clean these rooms. However our room was decently clean the day we asked.
The computers were down for over an hour they could not check me in I ended up booking another hotel so I wasted $240 and never left the lobby of this hotel

Room was a little tight but was nice

The elevator was malfunctioning; it would bounce, and we would get trapped inside.
