Decent over Work staff very great location, but the property is not Hilton quality at all the way it is
Pros:

The location of the property was really good and the staff was really nice. They’re very overworked and they need more employees because there’s just too much put on each employee. They’re spread it too then.

Cons:

All of these when I got there, the guy was very nice. We checked in went up to the third floor. We got off the elevator and there was just disgusting smell all this garbage in the foyer area and then we got to our room. The refrigerator would not even keep the water cool and they said that that’s just how the refrigerators were well. The next day we go down and we need to get our key key because it’s not open in the door and they say that the machine is messed up and we said well we’re leaving the property. Will get it later when we get back that evening. The key thing still was not fixed so every time you wanted to leave the room or anything you had to get someone to physically walk you back upstairs to let you in your room and the odor never left the foyer after the garbage was removed and they did not try to get the odor out and this is supposed to be a new property. And upon checkout, we were not offered any compensation. We were not told we were sorry about how things happen. Was there anything that we could’ve done? You know wasn’t even offered.

Well, the place is so small, it's like a 12 / 12 little room.\n Breakfast, they did not have good selection at all blow.\n Dryer, do not work. There were a soap, no conditioner and it is noisy, noisy, noisy, no insulation at all in the windows. Cars were so loud, you could hear Everything too noisy. Swimming pool like only 3 people can swim in there at a time that's how small that swimming pool is I wish I could get my money back cause, oh, whoa, wait a minute. Let me tell you about the pillows.We had 4 pillows that they were so flat and you might as well give me towels for pillows, terrible, terrible.I need my money back

It was so noisy, no insulation, you could hear cars all day long, all night long, just driving by You could hear everything that was happening outside in your room and I was on the 4th floor.\n They didn't have no conditioner, no shampoo, breakfast was terrible. The whole experience was bad. I will never ever ever recommend this place.The swimming pool only 3 people get swim in there.As small that thing is smallest pool I ever seen.Why don't you send me my money back?I'd rather stay motel six

Bed comfortable, it was clean, staff was nice, breakfast was good, nice setting area with pool table and games, loved they had a filter water fountain for big cups

Cons:

Trash can didn't have trash bags, with the ac unit I dont like that there is no setting to keep the air on so that that there is a constant air flow, wish they would change up the breakfast a little more either adding bacon and muffins, the walls and floor is thin a few night it was like elephants walk and making noises,

Rooms clean, close to beach and park. It is good for short stay
Pros:

It was clean, close to okaloosa pier and couple of parks, restaurants.

Cons:

AC had its own mind. It gets too cold even at 75 and then gets hot. The thermostat was hard to set. There was a weird smell in the corridor that one smells only when stepping out; so not sure if it’s from another room. Breakfast was included. There was the usual like fruits, juice, some meat, omelette, bread, oats, pancake and yogurt and cereal. Eventhough breakfast tasted good and had variety, it was not like the other tru hotels we have stayed. Tea and coffee throughout the day.

Overall very nice clean and pool was nice
Cons:

Ice machines are always out of order. It was the second hotel that had the same problem in a weekend stay with notes saying out of order go to third floor
