Overall. The stay was pretty decent.
Pros:

The breakfast was minimal, barely any other options of food. The location was okay could have been better for the price I paid for it.

Cons:

I had to call for room service to clean my room even with the sign not being on the door. Then, our television stop working which didn't even get fixed.

Breakfast was just as as always the same,but this time some items were left out and when asked the associate about it they seem like they didn’t care about it so much. Table next to us we’re discussing the same issue as well.

It was close to the beach ⛱️⛱️.it wasn't close to the hardies restaurant. Where the tourists visit. When they traveled overall everything was nice including breakfast. They just didn't have enough parking

Overall it was really good for the price and check in/check out has never been easier.
Pros:

It was in a good area next to a lot of stuff, it was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, room was cozy and comfortable.

Cons:

How noisy it was but that's inevitable next to a busy road. But all the doors to the rooms automatically slam shut and it's also loud with someone above you.

My stay was disappointing to say the very least.
Pros:

Pros; Excellent Location. The property sits about 10 minutes from the beach and 15-20 minutes from Destin. The lobby is pretty big. There's a pool table and the mural on the wall adds some aesthetics to the place but that's it.

Cons:

Cons; compact rooms, no towels, no hand soap, horrible breakfast options, wallpaper peeling, scuff marks on walls, no bags for trash, no microwave in room, Only four people working on a busy holiday season. etc.

Pros:

We stayed here for one night at the end of may 2026 while waiting on our beach house to become available the next night, and our AC did not kick on all night it stayed set at 78. The next morning we spoke to the front desk lady and she was very rude and dismissive and would not look up from her personal cell phone while stating that she couldn’t help us and the issue would have to wait until Monday when the GM Kevin Patel got in. She was supposed to have him give me a call, he did not. I sent multiple emails and received no response. I also left a note on the Hilton survey that we would like to be contacted and never heard anything.
Yes the AC was frustrating but the horrible customer service and lack of response really tops it off.
