Pros:

The room and bathroom was nice.

Cons:

The fact that we had to pay for our room twice because booking and the hotel didnt communicate. Luckily we did get a refund for one charge. You had to pay to park which I felt was just another grab for money. No free breakfast even though thats what we were told. Overall will not stay there again.

Advertising is incorrect on booking for that and the number of beds. Suppose to be 3 beds. King, queen and a pull out. Was only king and pull out.
Pool is small for the amount of people in the building.

Close to where we needed to be, but had some glitches.
Pros:

It was close to where we needed to be. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They worked to get us a voucher for breakfast because is was not included in our stay as stated on Booking.com.

Cons:

The room had a funny smell and there is NO breakfast included. Booking.com lists the property as breakfast included but this is not so.

The web site stated wrong information so we had to pay for parking, there wasn't the right amount of beds in our room and it didn't have free breakfast.
When we tried to address our concerns to the front desk clerk He was very rude and un- accommodating.

Very good stay!
Pros:

Staff were phenomenal. Checkin and questions of desk staff throughout our stay is commendable.

The staff who provided breakfast and dinner were options were outstanding -- they provided very tasty options and we believe they deserve a shout-out! The best!!!
