Makati Diamond Residences is a multi-use hotel with the certificate of authority to operate for staycations (CAOS) and is currently accommodating guests based on the following conditions:

• Individuals who opt or are required to undergo mandatory quarantine, such as but not limited to close contacts, repatriated OFWs, returning overseas Filipinos, foreign nationals allowed entry into the Philippines
Health and emergency frontline services personnel who need easy access to their place of work
• Long staying guests
• Returning residents
• Other authorized people outside residence (APORS) who require accommodations pursuant to their official function or duty
• Business Guests
• Participants in essential meetings and social events
• Leisure Guests

For non-quarantine (business and leisure) stay, guests 18 years old and above must present their proof of vaccination. Otherwise, a negative result from a swab or saliva based RT-PCR taken 48 hours before check-in must be presented. Guests below 18 are exempted from this requirement.

Please note that the credit card holder must be present upon arrival at the hotel. Guests must provide a photo identification or passport as proof. Otherwise, guests must present a new credit card with the card holder present or may choose to pay in cash to settle the reservation charges.

Please note that for children between 6-12 years old staying in existing beds, breakfast will incur an additional charge of 50% of adult breakfast rates. Children 5 years old and below enjoy free breakfast.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Perfect Place in Makati
Pros:

Everything was exceptional.

The breakfast with its excellent coffee and perfectly cooked omelettes.

The location with the mall right after crossing the street.

The gym with plenty of equipment for any fitness enthusiast.

The room with comfy beds, kitchen, sink, and all you could ask for.

Excelente hotel ,memo em frente green belt

Hotel maravilhoso, staff muito simpatico , fizeram um upgrade para um AP de 2 quartos , camas e comodidades excelentes, oferecem minibar na primeira noite, o que achei muito simpatico. foi um plus ter maquina de lavar roupa, que usamos uma vez que estavamos em viagem ha algum tempo. Pequeno almoço muito bom . localizaçao muito boa, memo em frente ao green belt

Great location but hotel needs a facelift
Pros:

Location! So many great restaurants literally across the road. The staff were all lovely and attentive.

Cons:

The pool water looked slightly cloudy. The room was outdated - really needs an update. I wouldn't say it's a 5 star hotel and it certainly isn't luxury as the hotel think it is.

Pros:

This was my second time staying at this hotel, but unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. The washrooms clearly lack proper maintenance and did not meet the cleanliness standards expected of a five-star hotel.

I also contacted housekeeping to request an extra bottle of water. However, Bryan from housekeeping insisted that they are only allowed to provide two bottles per room. This was quite inconvenient, especially since there were three of us staying and we had already paid an additional fee for an extra bed.

I hope the management can improve both their maintenance standards and guest service policies. Guests should feel comfortable and well taken care of, especially when paying for additional accommodations.
