Makati Diamond Residences is a multi-use hotel with the certificate of authority to operate for staycations (CAOS) and is currently accommodating guests based on the following conditions:

• Individuals who opt or are required to undergo mandatory quarantine, such as but not limited to close contacts, repatriated OFWs, returning overseas Filipinos, foreign nationals allowed entry into the Philippines
Health and emergency frontline services personnel who need easy access to their place of work
• Long staying guests
• Returning residents
• Other authorized people outside residence (APORS) who require accommodations pursuant to their official function or duty
• Business Guests
• Participants in essential meetings and social events
• Leisure Guests

For non-quarantine (business and leisure) stay, guests 18 years old and above must present their proof of vaccination. Otherwise, a negative result from a swab or saliva based RT-PCR taken 48 hours before check-in must be presented. Guests below 18 are exempted from this requirement.

Please note that the credit card holder must be present upon arrival at the hotel. Guests must provide a photo identification or passport as proof. Otherwise, guests must present a new credit card with the card holder present or may choose to pay in cash to settle the reservation charges.

Please note that for children between 6-12 years old staying in existing beds, breakfast will incur an additional charge of 50% of adult breakfast rates. Children 5 years old and below enjoy free breakfast.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

My family and I stayed for 3 nights, and it was just fine.

Nice hotel in a really good location!
Pros:

I enjoyed the location of the hotel since it is next door to Greenbelt, Landmark and Glorietta. The staff are very welcoming and friendly which we appreciated.

Cons:

I didn't feel as if the rooms were clean enough for me, I felt as if it felt dusty in the rooms and maybe air purifiers should be used to clear the air. I also just felt like the rooms didn't seem '5-Star' rated rooms and just felt like it wasn't the quality for how we thought it would be.

Pros:

Excellent service and quality. The concierge helped us with organizing a trip outside of Manila, securing a hotel car and driver for a very good price. The breakfast is great, with a lot of variety. Despite there being construction work nearby, and the hotel thoughtfully providing earplugs, our room was very silent due to the soundproofing.

It’s a great value for your money.
Pros:

The overall experience was great. From the staff to the location.

Cons:

There was a lot of soap scum and mildew in the shower area. It would have been nice to see shower slippers.

5 star property with 5 star service and 5 star employees!
Pros:

Everything. The staff are incredible and it's just a very well run hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and it's a great location in the Greenbelt area of Makati.

Cons:

I have zero complaints about this property. I probably would rather stay closer to MOA, but from a property perspective, Diamond Residences is better run than Conrad or Okada, the two other places we also really like in Metro Manila.
