Makati Diamond Residences is a multi-use hotel with the certificate of authority to operate for staycations (CAOS) and is currently accommodating guests based on the following conditions:

• Individuals who opt or are required to undergo mandatory quarantine, such as but not limited to close contacts, repatriated OFWs, returning overseas Filipinos, foreign nationals allowed entry into the Philippines
Health and emergency frontline services personnel who need easy access to their place of work
• Long staying guests
• Returning residents
• Other authorized people outside residence (APORS) who require accommodations pursuant to their official function or duty
• Business Guests
• Participants in essential meetings and social events
• Leisure Guests

For non-quarantine (business and leisure) stay, guests 18 years old and above must present their proof of vaccination. Otherwise, a negative result from a swab or saliva based RT-PCR taken 48 hours before check-in must be presented. Guests below 18 are exempted from this requirement.

Please note that the credit card holder must be present upon arrival at the hotel. Guests must provide a photo identification or passport as proof. Otherwise, guests must present a new credit card with the card holder present or may choose to pay in cash to settle the reservation charges.

Please note that for children between 6-12 years old staying in existing beds, breakfast will incur an additional charge of 50% of adult breakfast rates. Children 5 years old and below enjoy free breakfast.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

The towels are dirty white in color. Old though clean. I think guests deserve pristine white towels for the price 😊

Great accommodation and convenient location - perfect stay for both work trip and holiday.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. Bed linens were likewise clean. Friendly and hospitable staff. Location of the hotel is just perfect - close to the airport and Makati CBD amenities.

Cons:

I hardly use hotel wi-fi as due to lack of secure access of public network.

Pros:

The location of the hotel and how convenient access to the places around the hotel is! walking distance to everywhere in less than 10 minutes.

Cons:

Just a minor thing! It wouldn't be hard to have a large umbrella in the smoking area, especially when the sun is directly overhead!
The smoking area needs improvement. It's not a public smoking area; it's part of the hotel, and it needs to reflect the same level of quality as the hotel. As a smoker, I make most of my calls there, and it's too hot! An umbrella and a portable AC unit would be perfect and would enhance the guests' experience.
I understand the policy of a non-smoking hotel, which I respect, but it doesn't have to treat smokers as if they are not welcome.

Pros:

The location is close to everything. The finishes are luxurious. The ambiance is warm and homey.It is quiet, the food satisfying. Its almost a vacation for business.

Cons:
