Makati Diamond Residences is a multi-use hotel with the certificate of authority to operate for staycations (CAOS) and is currently accommodating guests based on the following conditions:

• Individuals who opt or are required to undergo mandatory quarantine, such as but not limited to close contacts, repatriated OFWs, returning overseas Filipinos, foreign nationals allowed entry into the Philippines
Health and emergency frontline services personnel who need easy access to their place of work
• Long staying guests
• Returning residents
• Other authorized people outside residence (APORS) who require accommodations pursuant to their official function or duty
• Business Guests
• Participants in essential meetings and social events
• Leisure Guests

For non-quarantine (business and leisure) stay, guests 18 years old and above must present their proof of vaccination. Otherwise, a negative result from a swab or saliva based RT-PCR taken 48 hours before check-in must be presented. Guests below 18 are exempted from this requirement.

Please note that the credit card holder must be present upon arrival at the hotel. Guests must provide a photo identification or passport as proof. Otherwise, guests must present a new credit card with the card holder present or may choose to pay in cash to settle the reservation charges.

Please note that for children between 6-12 years old staying in existing beds, breakfast will incur an additional charge of 50% of adult breakfast rates. Children 5 years old and below enjoy free breakfast.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Comfortabele kamer, vlakbij de Greenbelt Mall. Personeel ontzettend behulpzaam en geïnteresseerd. Alle services beschikbaar

Cons:

Ontbijtbuffet is erg uitgebreid, maar niet dezelfde standaard als de 5* hotels in de directe omgeving. (Algemene service is beter dan de lokale 5* hotels).

One of my favorite hotels to stay globally!
Pros:

My room was excellent-wet bar etc.,
Staff were very gracious checking me in early at no cost.
Complimentary beverages were appreciated.
Scotch & Cigar bar on the 28th floor was icing on the cake for my husband.

Rooms are large and airy
Beds are very comfortable
Breakfast in the Club Lounge was quiet and there were many choices, eggs to order, nice view from 27th floor
Very central location, across the road from Greenbelt, walking distance to numerous other malls

Cons:

We ordered room service on our first night and the quality of the food was not good. This was surprising because the food in the restaurant Alfred, had been very good.

Great hotel in a very central location with helpful and friendly staff
Pros:

The room was great, the one bedroom suite had a washing machine too, which was very handy
The beds were very comfortable and we had great quality sleep
The location in Makati is great, very central and walking distance to Greenbelt and numerous other malls
The staff are very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The room service food was not good, I would use Grab order facility next time.
