Very nice and comfortable hotel. The swimming pool is fantastic and the breakfast is great! The staff is friendly and attentive. The restaurant on the 19th floor has a wonderful view. I recommend this hotel.
Everything was fine.
Staff met extra requests and made my stay very nice.
The room on the 16th floor was awesome! Comfy bed and pillows, high ceiling with nice table and chairs.

No hot water. Throughout the whole stay. The staff didn't cooperate at all. Only smiling and saying yes yes.
The air-conditioning at the corridor was ok, around the bed - non. Extremely hot.
In the bathroom leftovers of a washing machine that was installed there a few years ago.
Big kitchen, no plates, no nothing empty.
The most irritating thing was the staff who did absolutely nothing to make the stay better.

Beautiful hotel ,Rooms have 2 toilets and afull size kitchen and lounge area and was spotless
Spa on site, there are three restaurants on site plus a coffee shop staff where very lovely and attentive
There wasnt anything i didn't like
The only thing I did not like about the Sokha hotel was that my wife’s younger sister came to swim with us and we were charged $20 to have a 12 year-old swim with us at the hotel. No one else was in the pool but us.
ロビーが非常に広く、フロアの廊下も広くて、少し古さもありますか、昔ながらの大型ホテルという感じです。
室内の床が木張りでワックスがかかってるのか、荷物置くのに少し気をつかいました。
ロビー階があまりにも広いため、レストランも二つあり、朝食バイキングかと思ったら、普通のレストランに入ってしまいました。
プールも広くて、何もかも大きいです。
全体的に満足いくホテルだと思います。
