Perfect location and big rooms
Pros:

The rooms were really big and clean.
The breakfast was very good and a lot of variety. Behind the hotel is the subway station so no long walk needed.

The gym was not really equipped.

Cons:

Мы приехали компанией друзей, выходили к завтраку не сразу все, сели завтракать по свободным местам, и когда места около друзей освободились, мы решили под сесть к ним, чтобы обсудить наш туристический маршрут. В этот момент обслуживающая девушка стала на что-то говорить злобно, собирая посуду с других столов швыряла себе на поднос и продолжала бубнить глядя на нас. Нас кажется прокляли) в остальном все супер!

Everything was great and excellent . Except the room service , for some reason they bring us coffee in plastic cups instead of normal … but overall everything was great. Nice stay .

The best hotel that money can buy!
Pros:

This is definitely my go-to hotel EVERYTIME I come to ShenZhen! It is one of the best hotel for the price of it! The view from your hotel room is not blocked by any other building, and it is one of the best city view in the whole of ShenZhen!
Nevertheless, the room is GINORMOUS and the view while you soak on the tub is just perfect! If any of you are still contemplating, just stay here!

Cons:

Poor English of the staff. The bathroom not very clean. Slight mold smell in the room. Noisy breakfast hall and the cleaning service not fast enough (the tables were sitting uncleaned for long times). Construction works at the building in front of the hotel not previously advertised.

Pros:

Great location, right next door to the metro station. Large rooms with bath and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Over priced for the quality of facilities and breakfast. Misleading information at time of booking. Disappointing stay.

We booked a executive room with “club benefit” for an extra charge. We mistakenly believed this would give access to a club room and refreshments. There is only access to a small area attached to the downstairs foyer bar and the offerings were very limited and unappealing. The whole foyer bar is currently not usable due to building work causing noise - this could have been shared at time of booking. Other benefits detailed included a late check-out - but we had to push and argue for this feature of our booking at check-in. Other small details mentioned in the booking, such as fruit, there was no sign of.

Breakfast was poor quality, and did not match the pictures advertised. Options limited for vegetarian and staff had no interest in helping arrange. Drinks served in paper cups, lots of cross contamination on buffet, quality overall did not match price and photos.

Some issues with cleaning in the room. Lots of hairs left in bathroom; faint smoke smell in non-smoking room.
