Pros:

Very helpful personel. Airconditioning broken and they immediately gave me a new room. Food at restaurant is okaysh. Overall definitely recommended hotel.

Cons:

One note of caution! DONT BOOK transport via the Hotel. My transport was 2 hours late and I haven't seen such a full Van on my whole life. They even created a seat which wasn't safe at all. Again, this is not on the hotel but on the transport company.

Hôtel idéalement placé à proximité de l'aéroport. Établissement calme, ambiance paisible autour de la piscine.
Pick-up possible à l'arrivée à l'aéroport très pratique.

Nous recommandons l'agence touristique de l'hôtel et principalement les services de Ms Lut de Guzman qui a été d'une grande efficacité, toujours disponible et réactive pour nous aider à organiser notre séjour sur Palawan (rivière sous-terraine, transfert à El Nido + excursions sur place en bateau)

Очень уютный отель в тихом месте! Замечательный персонал! Отличное кафе и вкусные завтраки.
Нас так выручили и, можно сказать, спасли сотрудники отеля, что слов благодарности просто мало. Нас на экстренной пересадке в Маниле просто лишили багажа. Его нам забыли переложить с самолёта в самолёт, хотя сотрудники аэропорта заверили нас что всё сделают. По итогу мы вечером в Пуэрто-Принцесе без багажа, без денег (обменники уже закрылись), без связи практически (работал только вайфай аэропорта). Сотрудники отеля нас встретили в аэропорте, заселили и забронировали нам поездку на экскурсию на Подземную реку не взяв ни копеки. На следующей день мы вернулись с экскурсии обменяли доллары и рассчитались. А потом, через день, мы уехали в Эль Нидо, а отель возился с нашим багажём, так как они были единственные, кто бы мог нам помочь. Багаж был доставлен с аэропорта в отель, а они в свою очередь отправили нам его в Эль Нидо. Нафига им это нужно было? Они нас просто по человечески спасли. В противном случае мы бы сидели в Пуэрто-Принцесе 5 дней и ждали бы наш багаж, поломав все планы на отдых! Большое спасибо от всей души!

Chambre spacieuse dans un petit complexe hôtelier avec une belle piscine, un joli bar et un restaurant. Personnel très sympathique et très arrangeant.

Cons:

Chambre un peu « vieillotte » mais tout à fait convenable pour nous.

Hotel bardzo blisko lotniska w Puerto Princessa. Godny polecenia
Pros:

Uprzejmość personelu, czystość i przestronność pokoi, czystość obiegu, fajny basen, pyszne jedzenie w restauracji koło basenu. Usytuowany bardzo blisko lotniska Puerto Princessa- 10 minut pieszo, mimo to cichutko.
Zdecydowanie polecam.
