Nem voltak igazi ablakok a szobákon. Az egyik szobában az ablak egy 30cm-re található tűzfalra nézet.
Very friendly and helpful staff, room itself was cleaned daily but mold on walls and around tub.
Location was perfect right on the edge of old town.
Within walking distance of hoan kiem lake in a more quiet location and also within 30 min walk of most of the cultural sites.
I liked everything about the property.
Ok hotel, det levede bare overhovedet ikke op til vores forventninger ud fra billederne. Det er i dårlig stand, der er fugtigt og meget lyt. Det ligger tæt på togbanen, og det kunne høres om natten…
Da vi ankom til værelset sent om aftenen, var vinduet ikke lukket, så der var fyldt med myg på værelset. Desuden var personalet ikke særlig servicemindet. Vi valgte derfor kun at have en overnatning i stedet for 6 som planlagt.
You get what you pay for so no real surprises. Handy location could walk to a lot locations. Lots of food choices near by.

La situation, la propreté et la gentillesse du personnel
The hotel room was clean and staff were polite , only issue was with hot water in the bathroom . We stayed in 7th floor hence had to use the lift which used to stink, but the room was perfectly fine and comfortable. Our point of contact Sarah was always communicative and ready to help whenever needed.
