Olyan szobát kaptunk amin nem volt ablak… a kaja szag jött be a szobába az étteremből, egy bárt lehetett használni csak (úgy hogy elvileg all inclusive) és az ételválaszték mindig ugyanaz volt

If this hotel is 4 stars, then I must be the Queen of England. The room was a masterpiece of dirt, with a sticky balcony that doubled as flypaper. When I asked the maid to clean, she just threw a towel over the dirt like she was trying to smother a crime scene. Another maid eventually came, probably out of pity.
No free sockets in the room—apparently to prevent me from smuggling in a space heater? Three plugs total: one for the fridge, one for the TV, one for the lamp… in a double room. So yeah, you either charge your phone OR enjoy cold drinks OR watch TV. Choose wisely.
The ‘toiletries’? Two shampoo packets and one mini soap… for two people, four days. The bathroom door, once locked, became an escape-room challenge. No shelf for shower gel, spiders hiding behind the nightstand, and a toilet that gurgled all night like I was sleeping in the sewers.
Staff didn’t speak English, but did master the art of aggressive hand-waving and looking offended when you dared to ask for something.
‘All inclusive’ food existed in theory: the schnitzels looked like they’d been fried in used motor oil, everything was overspiced, and the only safe bet was chicken legs or liver with rice. To get to the restaurant, you had to walk around the whole hotel because they closed the gate during meal times… so all-inclusive also included cardio.
Oh, and surprise: the beach and pool? Not included. You pay extra. Because obviously a 4-star hotel listed on Booking should charge you for using the beach in front of it.
In short: hostel vibes from the early 2000s, priced like luxury. The only thing 4-star here was my ability to survive it.”**

Nu este curat, camerele sunt foarte mici, balcoanele despărțite doar printr-un panou metalic. Lipsă lumină pe holuri, descui folosind lanterna de la telefon, mocheta de pe holuri foarte murdară, pătată. Referitor la mâncare - nu sunt atâtea feluri ca în alte hoteluri, dar a fost bună. Parcarea este la marginea stațiunii, la bulevardul principal - aprox 20 minute de mers pe jos, dar te duce cineva de la hotel până acolo, totuși... dacă ai ceva de luat de la mașină sau vrei să ieși undeva, trebuie să faci tot drumul ăla... La plajă primești 2 șezlonguri și umbrelă pentru camera rezervată doar dacă plătești 30 leva/zi. Băuturile sunt incluse în meniu la All-inclusive doar de la barul de sus, adică treci prin toată sala de mese daca vrei să bei ceva când ești la plajă. Barul de pe plajă, însă, este cu băuturi de brand, deci se plătesc. Cu alte cuvinte, după părerea mea, nu se încadrează nici la All-inclusive, cu atât mai mult la Ultra All-inclusive, așa cum este denumit.

Хотел с 8 етажа и 1 асансьор,чакаш по 30 минути за асансьор!Паркинг няма свободни места,пратиха ни на неохраняем паркинг и пари ни взеха! На басейна 10 шезлонги винаги заети! Плажа пред хотела се плаща 30лв на ден! Храната една и съща всеки ден! Стаята-ужас! Няма ютия! Предупредихме,че сме с кученце и ни дадоха стая със стълби до леглото,където трябваше да го носим на ръце ,защото стълбите стръмни ! Климатика малък сложен до леглото духа право в теб като легне,но иначе в стаята ужасна жега! За парите,които платихме нищо не получихме! Тръгнахме си 1ден по рано,за да не се мъчим!
