OK for a one night stand
Pros:

Hotel is about a 3 star. Rooms are ok except need new towels and pillows. A little noisy at night due to dogs, cars, and the refrigerator cycling ever 10 minutes or so.
Breakfast was meager.

Great hotel in Phitsanulok. The Manager Jaeb is incredible. Greeted us upon arrival & sent us off when we left. The rooms are excellent. Spacious & comfortable. The pool is great. Went every day it was nice out. The breakfast was also great & was included in my room. We had dinner twice from Room Service & it was really great. The fried rice/Khao Pot is the best I've had in Thailand & I highly recommend eating this alot. If you come to Phitsananolok, I would definitely come to this hotel. Jaeb runs the show & will make sure your stay is good. This hotel is one of the best I've stayed in Thailand with a great breakfast & breakfast room, great pool & beautiful rooms. My Wife & I had a very enjoyable stay here & you will, too.

Le personnel du petit déjeuner détestable

Pour hotel en lui meme je trouve un peux cher, pour le personnel il est réactif au niveau de accueil de hôtel.
Mais alors le personnel du petit déjeuner cest une honte ! Meme pas bonjour, ne nettoye pas les tables, la nourriture etait froide, les oeufs, la nourriture, toute etait froid le personnel du petit déjeuner 2 ou 3 personnes etait sur leurs téléphones et ne soccupe de personne !
Personne détestable !
Sil ne veulent pas travailler quil rentrent chez eux et la nourriture infect !

Good price to stay after going to waterfalls

Nice hotel, excellent value
Pros:

I've stayed here before and will stay again. It's a really nice hotel in a convenient location for us. Plenty of parking and staff friendly. Rooms are a good size and nicely fitted. There's a nice pool area where we were able to sit and eat. Good buffet breakfast in the morning. Excellent value. Will stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, buta bit noisy
Pros:

We stayed there 3 nights, with our 2 year-old daughter.
Very nice hotel, with large rooms, comfortable beds, very clean.
It's just a 10 min drive from the city center, and 10 min walk from a 7/11 shop.
There is a large car park (although we couldnt enjoy it during the week-end, as the hotel hosts parties, with guests that occupy all the space...).
The swimming pool is small, but was enough for our daughter. Not very clean the day after the party...
The breakfast is abundant and good. No restaurant for lunch or dinner, you'll have to drive down town or walk to another one down the street, on the way to the 7/11 (very good, by the way).
The main problem is that the staff doesnt speak english. We aren't english speakers ourselves, but we found it very difficult to communicate even on very basic topics (check-in, laundry). I wanted to cancel a night, but I'm not sure it worked...
And the rooms are quite noisy : the staircase is open, and there is a water pump upstairs that echoes almost all night long. Try to avoid the rooms next to it and you should be fine!

Pros:

Stayed here one night recently. It's a very nice, modern hotel. Room was spotlessly clean, a good size and very comfortable bed. Bathroom very nice. Good wifi in room. Tea/coffee provided. Excellent breakfast provided. All staff very pleasant. Plenty of parking outside. Didn't have time to explore the immediate area but there appeared to be a couple of local restaurants nearby. 5 minutes to local golf course, 10 minutes into town centre. Excellent value. Will stay again for sure.

Well, one thing to be added to the room that is a good pillows to make the sleeping better and comfy. Otherwise, it is a good place to stay at for visiting friends and relatives.
