Maistra Select Mlini Hotel

Stunning location. Lots to do around the area whilst also feeling remote and private. Beautiful scenery and the rooms were stunning. Breakfast was very good. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.

My recent stay at the Maistra Select Mlini Hotel in Croatia, from 18 to 21 October, was a truly enjoyable and relaxing experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, offering friendly and helpful service that remained consistent throughout our stay. Their professionalism and hospitality greatly contributed to a comfortable and memorable visit.

The hotel’s breakfast was a particular highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh and well-prepared options to suit different tastes and dietary preferences. Whether we were in the mood for a light continental breakfast or a heartier hot meal, the choices were plentiful and of good quality.

The hotel amenities were equally impressive. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and provided ample space for guests to unwind. Towels and seating were readily available, and the overall atmosphere was calm and inviting. Additionally, the hotel offers a range of other amenities, including a fitness facility and wellness services, which enhanced the overall guest experience.

One of the hotel’s greatest strengths is its location. Situated directly on the beachfront, it allows easy access to the sea and offers beautiful views throughout the day. The surrounding area is picturesque and peaceful, with the added convenience of being a short distance from nearby towns such as Cavtat and Dubrovnik. This made it an ideal base for day trips and exploring the local culture and attractions.

A variety of restaurants and cafes are located just a short walk from the hotel, many of which offered excellent food and drink at reasonable prices. We particularly appreciated the opportunity to sample locally inspired dishes and fresh seafood, all while enjoying the charming seaside ambiance.

Overall, the Maistra Select Mlini Hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and location. It is well-suited to those seeking both relaxation and convenient access to the surrounding attractions.

The hotel was clean and tidy and quiet, no noise coming from the room. Good beds and air conditioning, all balconies had a view of the sea. Staff friendly and helpful. Varied breakfast, also speciality coffees available and the outdoor terrace had a view of the sea. Water was also available in the lobby all day. Good parking area if arriving by car and overall a good location.

The location was Amazing, on the beach in a quiet area. There was enough around you to get food and a drink in different bars and a nice walk along the coast to go to other restaurants.

The room was a great size, had a balcony, nice bathroom with double sink etc. The bed was SOOO BIG and comfy!

Breakfast was nice too, the usual European options with a good selection.

Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and its was SO CLEAN!!

The gym was good enough. 2 Treadmills, a Cross trainer, a bike, Cable cross over machine, squat/bench press rack, a couple of benches and a rack of dumbbells.

I cannot fault this hotel at all and would go back for sure. We went in June so it wasnt too busy but i suspect in July August it could get very crowded.

The hotel has a restaurant on the beach (Oleander) where you can get food or just sit for drinks. They also have a Pizza and Pasta restaurant in front of the hotel overlooking the beach too.

There are 2 bars next to the hotel where you can sit in the bay watching the boats and the sea. Also dont miss the Pirate bay 5 minute walk away (cash only), so cool and beyond good views!

One great thing about the area is that there are so many ATM machines where you can get money if you need it. I think there was at least 4 in the hotel vicinity!

There is a Ferry port 5 minute walk from the hotel where you can go to Dubrovnik, Cavtat and the 3 island tours.

The only thing i would say it that it would have been nice to have a snack bar or somewhere that did smaller bites to eat rather than full meals but its a minor thing really.

Breakfast good although some sections a little cramped. Food replenished quickly, tables cleared quickly.
Loads of storage space in bedroom, great shower and bathroom, bed very comfy and balcony had a lovely view of the sea.
Location was beautiful but I’m glad we had a car to get out and about as only water taxi, no bus stop nearby.

The excellent location and view of the sea. A quiet comfortable room to relax in. A great breakfast with lots of choice.. I thoroughly enjoyed my second stay and will visit again next year hopefully.

Good selection of restaurants for a short break

Fabulous small hotel in a quiet but stunning fishing village. Spotlessly clean. Helpful staff. We stayed on a B&B basis. Breakfast was buffet style but plenty to choose from. Our room overlooked the sea and was just perfect. Beautiful bathroom with a shower over bath. Toiletries supplied too. Comfortable beds. Bedding and towels changed every day by our lovely friendly housekeeper. 2 mins walk to a shingle beach so remember to bring your sea shoes. No pool here but you can use the pool next door at their sister hotel. No problem getting a sunbed every day. A few restaurants & bars here too. Fabulous Italian just opposite the hotel. The marina is literally 1 minute walk away where you can get a water taxi to Dubrovnik or Cavtat. Be aware that if weather is bad the water taxis don't run & you have to walk about 20 mins up a steep hill to get a bus (which is an experience in itself. Be prepared to stand & be sandwiched in with all the other passengers). It did rain for 2 days and we had an almighty storm 1 night. All the restaurants seem to close if weather is bad as seating is outside, but we just ordered room service & sat on the balcony watching the storm roll in.
We had a wonderful week staying here. We were told that Hotel Milini are having their own pool built in 2026, so that will be an extra bonus. If you're looking for a peaceful holiday with a little bit of luxury, then this is the hotel for you.

Mooi hotel aan de baai. Wij hadden een mooie kamer met uitzicht op zee. Speciaal compliment aan de dame van de huishouding, die onze kamer perfect schoon maakte. Ontbijt uitgebreid. Veel restaurants in de buurt. Mooie uitvalsbasis om Dubrovnik te bezoeken en Cavtat.

Очень приятный персонал и на рецепшне, и в ресторане, и в wellness. Из-за нашего раннего прилёта приготовили комнату раньше, за что огромное спасибо.
Завтраки обычные, на мой вкус разнообразия достаточно (мы оставались только на 3 ночи, возможно если быть дольше, может и надоесть).
Wellness находится в соседнем отеле, принадлежашем той же сети (идти недолго, просто для сведения).
В номере помимо душа, есть ванна, я не воспользовалась, но мне как любителю поваляться, это было приятно. В ванной комнате 2 раковины, что тоже удобно, чтобы не толкаться в очереди по утрам. Бутылочки с лосьоном для тела и кондиционером (запах потрясный), шапочки для душа.
Есть чайник, пакетики чая, кофе, сахар (и стевия), телевизор (не пользовались).
