Good place to stay if skiing Red Mnt.
Pros:

Very good location in downtown Rossland. Near several good restaurants. Kitchette w/fridge was useful and had utensils we needed for coffee.

Cons:

Noisy guest down the hall at 2am was annoying.

Pros:

Quiet at night and in the morning. I love the access too the basement ski storage and wax/tune bench directly from the parking. It's just so convenient and perfect for a skier on a road trip. The bed is very large new and comfortable. I love it here. And rossland continues to grow on me too! If only they had one of these hotels in Nelson ... Along with Ferraro's lol
Gabriella's downstairs is delicious, breakfast and dinner I absolutely recommend

Excellent value
Pros:

Great value for money and a good base in Rossland for skiing at red. Shuttle bus stops right out the front with ski lockers.

Cons:

A drying room for ski gear would be helpful.

Nelson Ski Trip
Pros:

It's a very nice hotel and the room was nice and big. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool and the restaurant. The staff were all very kind. And we loved just walking up a couple of blocks to the main part of town.

Cons:

Our king size bed was very saggy and uncomfortable. And unfortunately the pillows offer no support. They are too squishy. I think that they need to upgrade the beds and get some pillows that offer good neck support.
