Location — The hotel’s setting is truly its crown jewel: calm, beautiful, and easily accessible from Colmar by car. Keep in mind it is quite isolated, with no shops or markets nearby, which becomes relevant when basic amenities fall short.
Rooms — Clean and comfortable. No complaints.
Reception & Bar — The reception team is generally kind and welcoming. The bar is well-stocked with a good variety of drinks.
Spa — A highlight worth using. The saunas are good and the pool is a reasonable size. Not equipped with a warm jacuzzi for a Hotel/SPA name was a slight disappointment — the water temperature was lower than expected.
Breakfast — The most disappointing aspect of the stay. The spread lacked fresh elements one would typically expect: no salad, tomatoes, olives, or olive oil. Some dishes had an unpleasant smell, and refills were slow. The staff here were also noticeably less warm than elsewhere in the hotel. One incident stood out: a mother with three young children took an apple for her child, and a staff member asked her to put it back. Children don’t always eat on the same schedule as adults, and a little understanding would have gone a long way.
Lobby Refreshments — At most four-star hotels, infused water and a fruit bowl in the lobby are standard. This hotel is in an isolated area — guests cannot simply step out to buy a snack. This is especially relevant for spa guests who benefit from light refreshments in the afternoon. Its absence feels out of step with the four-star standard the hotel otherwise aspires to.
On reviendra
The spa is good.
There was no table for dinner since we had not booked before.

Good facilities, nice breakfast, good room. A pleasant stay.
Nothing really special or standout…..just pretty good….. no real highlights.
Cuisine excellente.
Tout était super
