Tolle Tage im Elsass
Pros:

Mir und meiner Familie hat alles gefallen, angefangen von den Zimmern, dem Spa-Bereich, dem tollen Frühstück, dem Restaurant mit seinen tollen Gerichten und der Bar die bis 23:30 Uhr geöffnet hat, mit einer großen Auswahl an Getränken und super Snacks. Das gesamte Personal ist besonders hervorzuheben, mit ihrer Freundlichkeit gegenüber allen Gästen, selbst bei den schwierigen Fällen.
Bei unserem nächsten Urlaub im Elsass, nur dieses Hotel.

Une hôtel à découvrir...
Pros:

Tout était parfais ou presque. Bel espace Spa (maque juste un vrai jacuzzi chauffé); mais saunas, hammam et piscine au top. Très bon petit déjeuner, personnel impeccable, attentif et serviable.

Cons:

Suite à une erreur de ma part, nous avons été surclassé dans une "suite" moyennant un petit supplément. Un poil déçu en voyant la "Suite", qui, bien que très agréable, très propre avec petite terrasse, ressemblait plus à une grande chambre familiale qu'une véritable Suite d'un hôtel 4*. Mais cela ne m’empêchera pas de revenir à l'occasion.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut!! Man kann sehr gut wandern und klettern gehen. Die Stadt Colmar und Eguisheim waren sehr schön zu besichtigen. Das Personal war sehr nett, hat französisch, deutsch und englisch gesprochen und waren hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Es war nicht benannt, dass es eine Textilsaunalandschaft ist. Der Boden zwischen Sauna und Dusche war fehlkonstruiert, so dass überall großflächige Fützen waren und die dort zur Verfügung gestellten Badeschlappen waren sofort durchnässt. Der Außenberech war wenig ansprechend. Ein Bauzaun war mit einem Tuch versehen, um neugierige Blicke abzuwenden. Die Liegen im Pool waren aus Metalstangen. Beim Frühstück gab es nur auf Nachfrage lactosefreie Produkte, da aber auch nur Milch (kein Yoghurt oder dergleichen). Für Vegetarier gab es keine alternativen Produkte, für Veganer noch schwieriger... nicht zeitgemäß, wie ich finde... Das Essen war insgesamt eher einem 2-3 Sterne-Hotel zu bewerten... schade...

Pros:

Stanza molto spaziosa e personale molto gentile e disponibile anche verso i bambini (il cameriere del bar ci ha regalato i pastelli per colorare). Parcheggio vicino, anche all’ombra e vicinanza con i centri vicini.

Cons:

Non è adatto a famiglie con bambini, la stanzetta giochi è veramente minuscola e con pochi giochi a disposizione (per lo più costruzioni), non ci sono aree gioco all’aperto e i menu ristorante/bar non sono assolutamente adatti a trascorrere più giorni con bambini, sono presenti soltanto due o tre scelte! La piscina come già letto in altre recensioni, non è sufficiente a coprire tutti gli ospiti (soprattutto il numero lettini).

Pros:

Sehr schönes großes Familien Zimmer als Maisonette mit kleiner Terrasse, 2 Bäder und noch eine Terrasse privat für uns.
Dass Schwimmbad mit Massagedüsen und Saunen war klein aber fein.
Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

La gentillesse du personnel qui fait du mieux pour satisfaire les clients le petit déjeuner le spa le parking dans la forêt

Nous sommes habitués à venir dans cet établissement plusieurs x par an mais cette année nous avons été déçus nous avons été confrontés à la canicule et avons remarqué qu il n y avait pas de climatisation dans le salon et le restaurant ce n est pas normal pour un hôtel comme ça avec des températures qui a l avenir ne devraient pas baisser donc je restais dans la chambre pour avoir du frais impossible de rester en bas ce n est pas génial et les cartes des chambres se désactivaient plusieurs x pour le confort des clients il faudrait envisager de trouver une solution pour qu il fasse agréable de pouvoir consommer et se reposer à la fraîcheur j espère qu à l avenir ce sera fait
