Çok güzel bir hotel tavsiye ederim

İlk gittiğimizde otopark da dakikalarca park yeri için bekledik.. Check-in saatinden sonra gitmemize rağmen oda hazır değil bekleyin dediler. Oda hazır olduğunda Verdikleri odaya ilk gittiğimizde şoka girdik yatak yorgan hepsi birbirine girmişti ve oda kapısı ardına kadar açıktı.. sonra yeni bir oda verdiler gayet geniş ve ferahtı ancak manzarası metruk bir evi görüyordu.. Kahvaltı da gereksiz denecek şekilde peynir çeşidi vardı onun yerine yöresel açma böreklerden, ayvar, pavlaki, purşuta vs gibi ürünler konulabilirdi..

El hotel cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia placentera. Muy céntrico en la ciudad para caminar a puntos de interés cercanos. Las habitaciones cuentan con todo lo necesario, incluyendo kits de aseo personal. El hotel tiene un restaurante muy bueno y el desayuno incluido es muy amplio. El personal muy atento y amable.

El spa del hotel es lo mejor, en verdad de los mejores a los que he ido, pedimos el paquete de masaje más circuito de spa por alberca, jacuzzi, sauna, salón de sal. 100% recomendable.

Bodde på dette hotellet for noen år siden og var veldig fornøyd. Men denne gange må ble det en dårlig opplevelse. Ikke varmt vann noen av dagene. Frokosten var dårlig. Lite delikat og utvalget var lite. Skittent på bordene, og det ble ikke ryddet underveis. Håpet å kunne ta en øl eller et glass vin, men ny eier var muslim, så det var ikke mulig. Kommer ikke tilbake hit.

L'hôtel est Bruyant, les chambres ont des finitions désastreuses ( lavabo de SDB non fixé, prise non fonctionnelle).
Il n'a que de spa le nom ( celui ci est fermé).

Absolut empfehlenswertes Haus. Perfekte Lage und trotzdem ruhig. Große, saubere und komfortable Zimmer; freundliches Personal und leckeres Frühstück. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt mit vielen tollen Annehmlichkeiten. Unbedingt buchen !

As instalações não são muito novas, mas extremamente confortáveis.
Quarto e banheiro grandes.
O café da manhã é apenas bom, considerando ser um hotel 5 estrelas, esperava mais. E fiquei decepcionada por cobrarem à parte por um suco de laranja natural. Pouca opção de frutas.
A localização é boa, ao lado do old bazar e do castelo de Escópia, mas à noite achei uma região um pouco estranha, porque tudo fecha cedo (não sei se foi pela época do ano que estávamos-começo de março).

The hotel has a good and pleasant overall atmosphere.
The spa area is clean, and the massages are excellent.
Breakfast is decent, though specialty coffees come at an additional charge.
Housekeeping could be improved.
The water in the jacuzzi was lukewarm, the steam sauna was completely out of service, and the regular sauna heater was operating at half capacity.

Be aware that the nearby mosque's morning call to prayer at 5 AM is very loud. If you are sensitive to noise, bringing earplugs is recommended, as the hotel does not provide them.
Additionally, the hotel does not serve alcohol.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The location is convenient.
Towels, bed linens, and other amenities are of high quality.
Wi-Fi is fast, and customer service is good.

5 yıldızlı bir otel gibi değil çünkü berdiği hizmet 4 yıldızlık kötü bir hotel değil ama 5 yıldızlı ise 5 yıldıza yakın hizmet beklenir o hizmeti alamadık maalesef çünkü oda temizliği istedik kirli çarşaf kılıfını bırakmışlar olabilir lakin oda temizliği için gelen hanımefendi direkt kılıfı odanın dışına fırlattı kahvaltı konusunda çeşit az doğru düzgün beyaz peynir yok odada eksik havlular var odaların içinde bulunan bazı ekipmanlar kırık hasarlı dışardan görünüm güzel fakat standart oda içi iyi değildi yani 3-4 yıldızlı otel gibiydi

Lovely hotel. Good location in the old part of the city. Rooms spacious and cleaned every day. Breakfast basic but sufficient enough. Would certainly stay again.

Sehr gute, zentrale Lage

My room was located in front of mosque and I was wake up every day at 5 am when prayer started-it was via megaphone. Besides I was offended another room didn’t changed much in terms of noise . As well rooms in this hotel didn’t have soundproofing and I could heard any single sound from next room. Most of the guests were from Turkey and there were treated well better than myself-there was no other guest from western countries. Generally speaking I would not recommend this hotel unless you like such a conditions .

Het was een prima hotel, alleen het water van het zwembad en de jacuzzi was koud. Na ons idee geen 5 sterren hotel.

A fantastic hotel with great amenities. My room was amazing - double aspect, huge bathroom, separate roll top bath and lounge area. Only two drawbacks for me. Firstly the pool was not operational. Then on the final morning there were two people smoking in the inside restaurant at breakfast time (they weren’t even eating!). They brought their own ash trays and went without challenge from multiple staff.
