Awesome place. We’ll be back!
Pros:

Great location in the heart of downtown Jackson. Friendly staff. Great transportation to Teton Village and the ski locker was fantastic.

Modern upscale facility with slightly off luxury feel
Pros:

Modern, well appointed facility in prime location. In room gas fireplace was a plus in January. Modern rainhead shower in spacious bathroom.

Cons:

While the facility is very nice looking, it felt like the staff wasn’t used to working an upscale facility. They did try hard and usually delivered when asked. But some things had to be asked rather than just happening.

Amazing service and large rooms!
Pros:

The rooms are a great size! This is important to us as we have two small children. The service was also amazing - everyone was so helpful and friendly, not to mention all the little extras they supplied such as Christmas gifts for the kids and cookies for Santa on Christmas Eve. It was a perfect place to stay for our little holiday.

A perfect stay for 5 nights!
Pros:

Such a fabulous, beautiful, intimate hotel! We stayed here several years ago soon after it opened and always hoped to go back. We finally did and were amazed that it still feels brand new. We travel a lot, and Hotel Jackson is one of our favorites. The room is so comfortable and we love the fireplace. The housekeeping service is impeccable. We love the bar area - wish it was a bit bigger - and Rowdy, the bartender felt like family…and made outstanding cocktails! The hotel location couldn’t be better. We’re already hoping to go back.

Best Hotel!!
Pros:

Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The staff, the location, the property…all were amazing! We especially loved that you can reserve a private hot tub! Would highly recommend!

Pros:

Excellent hotel. The food in the restaurant is great. The staff is really friendly. It is located in the heart of town. Definitely will be returning soon.

Hospitality at every turn.
Pros:

We were celebrating two different special occasions (an Anniversary and a birthday) and the HJ staff manage to make both events feel extra special. It really is an incredibly hospitable staff that goes out of their way to make you feel cared for during your stay.

Cons:

There really was nothing that comes to mind - not even a developmental area for them. It was the perfect stay.

Hotel Jackson is one of the reasons we will be back one day!
Pros:

Many things I enjoyed about the property. The closeness to a lot of shops and restaurants. The staff was super kind and the service was fast. The rooms were clean and we would have clean towels daily. They gave me a crib for my 1 year old and it came with goodies for her.
