Room for improvement when it comes to sauna experience, maybe do 1-2 rituals a day excluvely foe hotelguest.
Pros:

Staff very friendly and very customer friendly
Facilities very calming atmosphere and great place to calm down

Cons:

Unfortunately you didn‘t have a real advantage of being a hotel guest.
We couldn‘t do a lot of Sauna Ritals because it was always already ful with people which came for a couple of hours to the sauna. Ergo alpt of facilities were already occupied for hotel guests.
There were no snackbar or water / tea station for hotel guests as well
The gym was very small and half of the things were out of order.

Pros:

Zimmer, Bett, Frühstück, Wellnessanlage, Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten, Raum für die Fahrräder etc. waren wie immer top.

Cons:

Da der Bodensee einen extrem niedrigen Wasserstand hatte und sich am Strand Algen und Entenkot sammelte, war der See zum Schwimmen praktisch nicht benutzbar. Schade. Man könnte den Strand trotzdem reinigen. Die Fenster des Zimmers könnten wieder einmal eine Putzrunde vertragen. Ein Schreiner sollte einmal durchs Haus gehen und kleinere Schäden an Möbeln beheben.

Pros:

Bel emplacement, à côté de la piste cyclable. Magnifique terrasse sur le toit avec vue sur le lac. Belle et grande chambre. Très propre. Excellent petit déjeuner. Personnel très serviable

Cons:

Booking ne mentionne pas que l’espace piscine et le wellness sont nudistes 😟

Pros:

Wir waren zum dritten Mal dort. Sehr gute Lage und sehr nettes Personal. Der direkte Anschluss an den Wellnessbereich ist perfekt. Das Frühstück erwähnenswert. Sehr gute Auswahl

Cons:

Es fallen Kleinigkeiten wo etwas in Ordnung gebracht werden muss. Es fehlen Buchstaben im Aufzug, Spiegel leicht verkratzt oder Fenster nicht gut geputzt.
