Pros:

Ruhige Lage, Strand am Bodensee, freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer.
Radverleih vor Ort, Frühstück, idealer Standort für Ausflüge

Cons:

Kommunikation vor dem Aufenthalt.
Bei Ankunft wurde uns erst mitgeteilt, dass wir das Aussenbecken und die Hälfte des Wellnessbereiches wegen Instandhaltungarbeiten nicht nutzen können. Die Buchung wurde jedoch aufgrund dieser Möglichkeiten kurz zuvor
gebucht. Ein Kontakt fand per Email kurz vor Beginn des Urlaubs noch statt.
Konfrontiert über die Einschränkungen beim Einchecken nach 6 Stunden Fahrt. Sehr, sehr ärgerlich.

Pros:

Zimmer, Sky Lounge, Frühstück und Personal waren sehr gut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Panoramablick auf den Bodensee im obersten Stockwerk, das war prima.

Cons:

Leider war der Spabereich eine Baustelle, soll aber in den nächsten Tagen fertig werden. Wir bekamen deswegen einen Gutschein für einen nochmaligen Besuch nach beendetem Umbau

Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Personal war kompetent und ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen.

Cons:

diverse Schmuddelstellen, wie z.B. die oben gelegene Bar (Tisch, Boden…), Fahrstuhl . Sind eigentlich eher nicht pingelig aber das ist uns aufgefallen.

Direkt am See gelegenes Hotel mit schönem Freibereich
Pros:

Obwohl der Badebereich in die Jahre gekommen ist, ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Der direkte Zugang zum Freibereich mit Liegewiese und Saunen direkt am See ist sehr schön, müsste aber am Seeufer etwas mehr gepflegt werden.

Cons:

Im Hotel waren erstmalig für uns extrem viele Kleinkinder, die auch gerne die Pools mit Schwimmflügel genutzt haben. Das stört doch erheblich die erwünschte Ruhezone.
Auch im Restaurant war es diesmal mehr ein Kinderhotel.

Pros:

Die Location Bora mit Sauna ist wirklich super. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchte ich das überaus freundliche und stets zuvorkommende Personal. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!!!

Cons:

Der schiefe und lose Fönhalter passt nicht zur Kategorie und den Ansprüchen des Hauses. Und ein kleiner Wasserkocher wäre toll.
Nur als kleine Anmerkung, die meiner Zufriedenheit aber keinen echten Abbruch tut.

Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier einchecken.
Pros:

Es gibt nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel in dem jedes Detail stimmt. Die Mitarbeiter sind außerordentlich freundlich. Die Zimmer sind richtig groß. Und das Frühstück bietet für jeden Geschmack genau das Richtige. Das Hotel liegt direkt am See und verfügt zudem über einen sehr großen Spabereich. Der Pool könnte vielleicht etwas kühler sein. Aber das wäre jammern auf ganz hohem Niveau.
Für uns war es das perfekte Hotel und wir waren sehr gerne hier zu Gast.

Dank dem guten Wetter hat es trotzdem gepasst. Haben uns anders beschäftigen können.

Zimmer Top, Frühstück Top, Strand mehr erwartet...

Cons:

Strand, Liegewiese und Saunalandschaft war zu voll aufgrund Zugang von externe Gäste (nicht Hotelgäste).
