Cons:

I am sure our room was a remodeled supply room. We paid $370.00 for a tiny room with few plug ins instead extension cords with a view of a large bush that covered the entire window. Anyone who is placed in room 103 is being overcharged. Unfortunately it is the only hotel in Sechelt

A great location for attending the writers festival
Pros:

we were going to the writers festival so the location was great. the rooms had recently been renovated so they were very clean, bathroom had new shower, sink, toilet etc, the room felt a bit sparse. There was no elevator so lugging up all our gear to the second floor was hard. Next time I'll book on the ground floor and ideally in those rooms with balconies facing the water

Guest service lady was very helpful. Didn’t have our King room available but made a financial offer that was very helpf

Run of the mill motel that commanded a high end price but figured that’s the norm for the Sunshine Coast in the summer.

Priced $150-$200 too high for what it is.
Pros:

Location and on the ocean, but trees blocking view. They should have warned us and it was very overpriced. A cheaply built building, but finished ok, but lacked comfortable seating. Bed just ok.
