Cons:

Confort très rudimentaire, mis à part la literie rien ne va, tout est vieux, le quartier est une catastrophe, les équipements sont tout juste passable, mais disons que le prix est en adéquation donc bon, chambre pas cher et comme on dit on en a pour son argent.

Das es einen grossen, schönen Park um die Ecke gab.

Das Zimmer war nicht wie auf den Bildern, es war eher herunter gekommen und ist renovations bedürftig. Die Beton oberschicht löste sich zum teil, der Teppich war alt und schmudelig und im Badezimmer hing noch ein Duschtuch an der Türe vom Vorgänger.
Es gab keine Tagesvorhänge und jeder der über den innen Hof ins Zimmer gelang, hätte uns reinschauen können. Es wsr auch sehr ringhörig. Konnten alles hören was gesprochen wurde und bis spät in den Abend wurde das Wasser im Bad eingeschalten, ausgeschalten, eingeschalten... Und man hörte es sehr gut als ob es im eigenen Bad wäre.

Cons:

C'était propre mais sa a vraiment besoin d'un sérieux coup de neuf. Faut enlever ses moquettes qui sont tachées. Les peintures sont faites a l'arrache. Dans la salle de bain rien ne tient mais bon c'est correct niveau propreté. Le petit déjeuner un peu tard pour des vacanciers qui prennent la route.

Good value for money
Pros:

Looks like a sum of apartments split and transformed in hotel. Resulting in a cheap and overall decent location. Air conditioning working fine, decently close to city center, cheap parking inside the property.

Cons:

Not really a hotel - but... honestly I do not care so much, finally it was a good value for money.

Petit Hôtel de Charme, poussez la porte, le meilleur est à l'intérieur.
Pros:

La chambre était très grande avec un dressing et de vrais rangements et salle de douche super. Le règlage de la climatisation est à revoir, mais, c'est difficile de trouver le rapport idéal entre extérieur et intérieur. La direction et l'ensemble du personnel étaient très très très gentils et très très empathiques. C'est un petit hôtel de charme près de la gare et du Musée et Jardin Lecoq, entre autres. La salle de petit déjeuner et le petit déjeuner sont très bien. J'ai passé un bon séjour.
