Vraiment bien juste quelque amélioration qui pourrai vous faire avoir un hôtel d’exellente qualité

Le personnel est accueillant. Les locaux sont propres et les chambres sont plutôt pas mal pour le prix

Cons:

L’insonorisation reste un peu le point faible même si c’est sur le port. On entend quand même beaucoup à l’extérieur et même se qui se passe dans les chambres d’à côté. Et la pression au niveau de la baignoire II y a intérêt de si prendre en avance pour que la baignoire soit plein mais sinon pour un hôtel de ville la prestation est top. C’est juste des choses à améliorer et non des reproches rédhibitoire.

Hotel De'Univers in Caen.
Pros:

The Hotel De'Univers is in a great location in Caen City just opposite Caen harbour and 3 minutes from the castle & shops. There are good bars & restaurants very close by.
Stefan, the hotel owner, was great & helpful & spoke perfect English. I paid a little extra for breakfast each day and got good value for that.
The rooms are quite small but the bed is very comfortable and the rooms are clean and well maintained.
I was able to park my motorbike right outside the hotel. There is a large car park opposite the hotel too.
There is a large market on the harbour car park & street on Sundays that took me an hour to walk around....recommended to see.
The front door has a key code, so you can come and go as you wish.

Ok for an emergency stay but I relocated to another hotel for the final 2 nights of my trip.
Pros:

Property is centrally located

Cons:

The windows don’t keep out the noise. As the hotel is located next to lots of busy bars you will be kept up to 1-2am. It is a little but grubby and the whole building is a bit grubby.

Hôtel bien situé mais je pense qu’il ne vaut mieux pas dormir côté port.
Pros:

L’hôtel est idéalement situé au coeur de la ville de Caen sur le port. La chambre était correcte.

Cons:

Même si l’hôtel est bien situé, au pied de l’immeuble il y’a des bars et sandwicheries qui sont très bruyantes la nuit jusqu’à 6h et ensuite le bruit de l’installation du marché le dimanche !
