寝具は寝やすく良かったです。
お風呂にスチームサウナがありますが、できれば水風呂もあると良いかと思いました。
あと、タバコの匂いが凄かったです…

大満足です！
カプセルホテルなので、念のため歯ブラシや化粧水、乳液などを購入して行きましたが、全て不要でした。(こだわりのものを使いたいなら別)
まさかのヘアワックスまであって大満足です。
お風呂に関してはシャワーも多く、空いている時間ならゆっくり大きいお風呂に浸かれるため、ワンルームのビジネスホテルに泊まるより余程満足感は高いです。
2台ですが、マッサージチェアもあり、ソフトドリンクやお酒まで無料で飲めるのはすごい。(無料のカレーなどもあります)
ただ、カプセルホテルという性質上、同室の方のいびきや歯軋りが不安な方はワンルームのホテルの方が良いと思います。
(耳栓も常備されていてすごいと思いました)

カプセルホテルを使うのは初めてで最初は少し戸惑いましたが要領が判ってからは快適に過ごす事が出来ました。無料アルコールや御飯は大変助かりました。大浴場もタオルの使い心地がよくシャンプーやコンディショナーも種類が豊富でとても良かったです。。

２Fのカフェエリアでの他のお客様（外国人）との会話を吞みながら楽しみました。フリーな雰囲気の中で、とても深い会話が出来ました。今後も同じ「お宿」を使わせてもらいたいと思っています。久々の東京でしたが、満足度100ポイントでした。

I thought this is expensive at the reservation, but I changed my mind.
The facility is clean and quiet. I can rest fully. The hotel serves food and drink 24h, it will be helpful for someone like me.

食事とアルコールの提供があるのは、助かる。
清潔さについては、がんばっていると思う。
一方、カプセルホテルである以上仕方ないが、他者の物音（いびき、足音、話し声、アラームなど）がよく聞こえる。
浴場の洗い場や洗面所などは、省スペースというか手狭に感じる。
最近、自動チェックインシステムを導入したようだが、画面の指示が実際の運用とあっていなかったり（チェックアウト後の鍵の回収方法）、フロントスタッフがあまり協力的でなかったりして、これは不満の残るところだった。

ちょっと古いカプセルサウナだな
Pros:

・フロントの対応は良い
・風呂は古い、サウナはミストサウナで物足りない
・シャンプーがいろいろあるのはうれしいが、脱衣所が狭い
・移動が全てエレベーターなので、1Fから風呂のB1F、1Fからラウンジの2Fなど待ち時間もあり面倒くさい
・食事やお酒など、サービスは良いが、客のマナーが良くない人が見受けられる
・マッサージ器を寝ているのか独占している人がいて使えなかった
・寝室は線路側だと、電車の音が聞こえる、トイレの脇だと何か音が聞こえる
