My stay at A25 Hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, cozy, and nicely furnished. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to assist. Pros:

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Hélène qui parle parfaitement le français. L'hôtel était très agréable. Nous avons bien profité du sauna, de piscine et d'un petit déjeuner bien varié et gourmand. Bravo.

Would not recommend to anyone or would come back to stay.
Pros:

Rooms were nice and big. Bed comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t too bad.

Cons:

Staff weren’t really accomodating. When checking in, no urgency. Not very inviting like other staff from hotels we’ve stayed at here in Hanoi. Also there was maintenance work being down with footpath so it was hard to walk around with rubbles of concrete everywhere.
