Please note that each room can accommodate just one middle-sized pet with maximum weight of 25 kg (or 3 small-sized pets, as long as the total weight is 25 kg) at a daily surcharge of 70 BRL, which must be paid upon arrival. The permanence of the pets is restricted to the apartments. In case you need to move with your pet through the elevators and social areas of the hotel, please use boxes or bags suitable for transportation. Please note that waste cleaning is the responsibility of the owner. In case of damage to the apartment caused by the pet, a maintenance fee will be charged in accordance to the extent of the damage.

O hotel é bom, mas a limpeza deixou a desejar.
Pros:

O atendimento foi bom na entrada e o café da manha também, embora tenha solicitado ovos mexidos e não tenha recebido.

Cons:

A limpeza do banheiro não foi feita, havia pelos masculinos por todo o banheiro. Entramos no hotel as 23h, minha filha faria prova no dia seguinte, e quando entramos já havia sido informado que o hotel estava cheio e que haviam 5 reservas e apenas 3 quartos. Logo resolvemos nao reclamar e trocar de quarto, mas foi extremamente nojento receber o quarto daquela forma.
