ロビーが良かった

Cons:

スタッフが無愛想、いらっしゃいませの挨拶がなく、困っていてもどうされましたか？等の言葉なしでした。駐車場も汚いし、禁煙室を取ったがタバコ臭かった。

Pros:

ホテルのロビーは素晴らしいかったが他は特に無し。

Cons:

市内のホテルだったせいか、部屋代が高い割に部屋は特に狭く、駐車場は有料だったがホテルの駐車場には入れず他の駐車ビルに、暑い中を大変だった。

前はもっと快適だったのだが今回はイマイチ。
Pros:

朝食はわりとおいしかった。

Cons:

エレベーターが1基しか稼働していなかったので、不便であった。特に朝食の時一度にたくさんの客が移動するため。9階から12階へ上がるのに苦労した。
朝食で12階に上がったら、会場前は宿泊の団体客ですでに大混雑していた。もう少し上手にさばけないものか？
3度目の宿泊であったが、一番モヤット感の残る宿泊となった。

Good location, excellent value.
Pros:

An easy walk from Shinkansen station. Free coffee in lobby. Very reasonable price. Convenience store less than a block away. Lobby is extremely nice: spacious, comfortable, upscale. Nice place to sit and talk with a friend. (Loved Toyama, by the way! Hope to return.)

Cons:

Unlike the lobby, the room was very average and dated. (We already expected that from the online pix.) Room light was rather dim as I recall. With one exception, the staff didn't seem very personal or friendly (unlike all of our other hotel experiences in Japan). We speculated that maybe they're instructed to be that way in order to seem more "professional" in light of the business clientele who come to the hotel for meetings.

(観光目的ではなかったけど)旅行気分を味わえた
Pros:

・浴室が広めでバスタブが大きい
・数種類の枕の貸し出しがある
・豪華なシャンデリアがかがやき、非日常感を味わえる広いロビーがとても良い
・ロビーの一角に宿泊者限定フリードリンクコーナーがあり、地元のお酒が飲める
・12階食堂からの眺めが最高
・朝食のバイキング、富山らしさも味わえる
ブリ大根が特に美味しかった

Cons:

細かいところのお掃除がゆきとどいていなかった
( ベッドサイドテーブルの下の段に埃が随分とたまっていた）
( お茶とカップをのせてあるトレイに黒いくて丸い茶渋と思われる汚れがついていた）

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est varié et en buffet pour ceux qui ont un bel appétit le matin, avec vue sur le shinkansen
Le hall d'entrée est grand et confortable pour se poser

Cons:

Outre l'aspect un peu vieillot tout était en "état d'usage" : tissu de pyjama éliminé, lumière d'appoint, draps avec des petites tâches anciennes. La propreté était correcte mais pas exceptionnelle (tache ancienne sur le sommier et cheveu dans le pyjama).
Bref, on est quand même un peu en dessous du standard japonais même si le prix reste très abordable.
Par contre, on est loin des 4 étoiles annoncées

- โรงแรมใจกลางเมือง ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ สามารถเดินไปสถานีรถไฟ เพื่อไปเอาตั๋วหรือขึ้นรถไปเที่ยวที่ Tateyama ได้ หรือจะไปหาของกินแถวๆสถานีรถไฟก็ได้
- มีรถรางวิ่งผ่านหน้าโรงแรม
- มีที่จอดของโรงแรมแต่ค่อนข้างเล็ก รถใหญ่ต้องหาที่จอดใกล้ๆโรงแรมแทน

ห้องพัก:
- โรงแรมดูเก่า แต่ห้องพักสภาพใช้ได้เกินคาดเลย ราคาดีคุ้มค่าด้วย
- ห้องพักกว้างสบาย แต่ไม่มีบ่อน่ำร้อนหรืออนเซนให้แช่ ไม่มี skincare ให้
- พัก 2 คืน ถ้าไม่แปะป้ายทำความสะอาดห้อง พนักงานจะแขวน Amenities และผ้าเช็ดตัว พร้อมน้ำให้คนละขวดใส่ถุงไว้ให้

สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก:
- มีตู้กดน้ำแข็ง หนังสือมังงะ(ภาษาญี่ปุ่น) แชมพูวบู่ครีมนวด สเปรย์ดับกลิ่น หมอน เตารีดให้ยืมใช้ได้ ที่ชั้น 5
- มีบาร์ soft drink กาแฟ ไวน์ สาเก ให้กินได้ไม่อั้นที่ล๊อบบี้ชั้นล่าง

อาหาร:
- อาหารเช้ามีทั้งญี่ปุ่นและอเมริกัน แต่จะเน้นญี่ปุ่นมากกว่า พัก2คืน มีอาหารเปลี่ยนแปลงนิดหน่อย มีแกงกะหรี่ดำด้วย คัสตาร์ดพุดดิ้งอร่อย
- ห้องอาหารอยู่ชั้นบนสุด วิวสวย ถ้าฟ้าเปิดจะเห็นภูเขา Japan alpine ด้วย

- ห้องพักติดถนน จะได้ยินเสียงรถรางตอนนอน
