- Saturday: from 10:00 to 11:00, from 11:15 to 12:15, from 12:30 to 13:30, from 16:45 to 17:45, from 18:00 to 19:00 and from 19:15 to 20:15.

- Sunday: 10:00 to 11:00, 11:15 to 12:15 and 12:30 to 13:30.

Pros:

No había nada relevante, la habitación estaba limpia

Cons:

El spa no estaba abierto solo una hora al si de en18:00 a 18:00 y todo estaba ya ocupado

Very disappointed.
Pros:

The location was very good. Walking distance to town centre and the river .
Reception staff very helpful.

Cons:

The room was very small. No tea/coffee facilities. No fridge. Very basic.
Breakfast was ok. No yoghurt. Only fresh fruit was melon. Everything else was tinned. Coffee was disgusting!
Tried the evening meal which was disastrous!! Set meal price was €16 but almost everything on the menu carried a €6 supplement! Starter was luke warm. My fish arrived raw. Sent it back to be ‘dumped’ back at my table having been charred in the pan. No apology. Could not eat it as couldn’t trust that it would not give me stomach problems. Waiting staff very unhelpful. The hotel down the road was the complete opposite.

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, las vistas hacia el rio increíbles.

Cons:

El café, muy malo.
La limpieza de las instalaciones pésima, habitación 203 con cucarachas, pelos por todas partes incluso después de limpiar. Hay unas manchas horribles de sangre en el suelo.
Las lamas de la tarima están excesivamente abiertas, los aire acondicionado rezuman agua y pudren la pared, los Rodapie están podridos.
El embellecedor del grifo del baño partido y el accionamiento del mismo es increíblemente duro.
La foto del DNI es ilegal y el tratamiento de datos personales inexistente.
