Avoid this hotel, dirty and you will get sick!!!
Cons:

Upon arrival, we were greeted kindly by the receptionist. After checking in, we went to our room, but as soon as we opened the door, we were met with a very unpleasant smell.

We returned to the reception to report this. The attitude there became noticeably less friendly. Someone from the technical staff was sent to the room, sprayed some air freshener, and then left. Apparently, that was considered the solution.

The bathroom was also in poor condition and clearly not properly cleaned. There was black mold present, which we found completely unacceptable. We actually wanted to leave, but there was no alternative accommodation available. To avoid further confrontation, we decided to stay.

During the last few days, my travel companion developed red bumps on her body. After checking the bed, we noticed that the pillows and mattress were very dirty. A visit to the doctor confirmed that the bites were caused by bed bugs. With ointment, the situation has improved, but this should never have happened.

We understand that this is not a five-star hotel, but at the very least, you expect a room to be clean and hygienic.

We strongly advise against booking this hotel, especially if you care about your health and hygiene.

Not cheap but cheerful, with comfortable beds. Main street location with great views.
Pros:

Location great - main street (there will be noise from trikes/traffic). View to ocean was amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable, room clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Bathroom did not drain water away quickly when showering. Shower head spray is very weak. No enough hooks to hang towels or clothing in bathroom.

Not up to the standard I was expecting for such a great location
Pros:

Great location however we never communicated on how to get to it. As it turns out you have to go to vanilla beach and then wait for them to escort you along the sand

Cons:

No house cleaning so sand everywhere throughout the Very small rooms. Would be handy to have a feet cleaning bucket before you entered the rooms
Generally lacking in all the essentials and would not go back to this location

Trevligt läge men lite äldre och enklare standard
Pros:

Trevligt läge precis vid vattnet och nära till allt från hotellet.

Cons:

Äldre rum, ingen ventilation eller ljudisolering i badrum. Frukosten var enkel, inget riktigt kaffe.

Gut, am Strand gelegenes Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat verschiedene Zimmerkategorien. Wir haben in der neuen Luxus Kategorie gewohnt, die extrem schön war in jeder Hinsicht, auch wenn man die Fenster nicht öffnen konnte. Die Mädchen am Empfang und beim Frühstück waren ausgesprochen nett und freundlich. Besser geht’s nicht. Überall war es sehr sauber in dieser Zimmer Kategorie ein perfekt Hotel wenn auch für El Nido das Zimmer etwas teuer war.
