Pros:

Es ist das was man von einem 20-30€ Hotel im Nana Viertel erwartet. Ein kleines, aber sauberes Zimmer mit einem Bett drin.
Wer wie ich immer nur die letzte Nacht seines Urlaubs in Bangkok "verschwendet", für den ist dieses Hotel ideal.

It’s in a pretty crazy area, but probably a bit cleaner than most of the surrounding hotels. Overall an ok hotel

快適に過ごせました
Pros:

BTSナナ駅より徒歩５分掛からない位で着きました。23時位でしたが特に問題なくチェックインできました。シャワーとトイレの間には扉がありませんが間に30cmくらいガラスあり、シャワーの水も飛び散らず、便器にかかりませんでした。場所はナナプラザより近いですが騒音もなく快適に過ごせました。ナナ地区宿泊の際は次回もまた利用予定です。

外がうるさい2階の部屋
Pros:

NANAが近くロケーションが良いが、2階の通り側の部屋だったので、外のBERが騒がしく、朝5時まで騒がれて寝れなかった。部屋にもよるかもしれないけど、今回の部屋は最悪だった。

必要最低限は揃ってる。
Pros:

個室の方に泊まったが、ホテル自体はホステル。朝食は着いてない。(有料であったが、頼まなかった。)ほんの30秒先に小さなセブンがあって便利。ホテルの場所は年齢層の高い外国人男性が集う繁華街に在るので、帰りが遅くなってもある意味安全。シャワーの出は問題無いし、温度も調整出来る。スタッフの感じも良いし、割りと快適な宿でした。

Pros:

Well if you want to stay right in the middle of crazy Nana then this is the place. Room is fine, a bit older. Guest friendly of course. It's fine for the money. Probably good for solo's.

立地はいい！
Pros:

ナナプラザに極近いです。
路地を30メートルほど入った所にあり、少しわかりにくいです。
ルームキーを抜くと電源が全て切れるため、クーラーや冷蔵庫、充電などが出来ない。
ドライヤーは貸出あり。
お湯は出るが、勢いが弱い。
クーラーは良く効く。
奥まったところにあり静かでした。
コンビニ、レストランすぐ近くにあります。
タクシーもすぐ捕まる。

Pros:

My stay at the DI Place Hotel was excellent. Best location I have ever had staying in Bangkok. Right in the middle of Nana. The room had all the basics, tv, frig, a/c, good maid service, just off Main Street so it’s quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy the best night life Bangkok has to offer.

Pros:

Location was great and relatively quiet, but that's the best I can say about this place. Concrete walls, broken bed lamp, drippy a/c, uncomfortable old mattress. I wasn't expecting anything fancy but this room was depressing, prison-like. I bit the bullet and booked another room at a place a block away that was nice.

Pros:

From a score of 1 to 5, i’ll give it a 3. No frills hotel. Transportation and amenities are at convenient distances. Plenty of food outlets around.
