Excellent value for money, great staff, some attention to shower cabinet needed
Pros:

I liked the location because it broke my journey up nicely and was away from the motorway.
The young staff were very courteous and helpful and the food was excellent and good value.
My room was large clean and very quiet with just one exception which can be easily fixed.

Cons:

The shower cabinet was nicely tiled but badly needed the sealant around base replaced.
There's no excuse for this, it's an hours work to strip it out and replace it with mould resistant silicone.
This would transform the cabinet.

A cosy, comfortable hotel in a good location at a reasonable price.
Pros:

Cosy, nice decoration. Staff well trained and professional.

All very good. We would recommend better pillows with more support.

Poor maintenance lets staff and guests down

Location and good staff

Cons:

Mould in bathroom around tiles, bath mat, on the walls. Very strong damp smell, damp on all the window frames, ripped chairs in bar, no steaks on the advertised steak night. Would like at least a partial refund. Will definitely never use JWLees properties again!

Got off to a great start and just got better
