Food excellent
Food not available for arrivals after 2000 hrs
Friendly staff. Easy check-in. Excellent food.
Mouldy sealant in walk-in shower. One of the spare pillows had no pillow case..
Breakfast was from 7am to 9am. Nothing after that. I have stayed in many places,
and never had that. The manager was very grumpy when I checked in and he never
asked if we are ok, he did not talk to us at any time, and we did see him often.
On checking out, only one staff person that served our breakfast was nice.
Lovely food, made to feel very welcome.
Some road noise from the room, as a light sleeper would have preferred something a little quieter.
Clean, quiet, good food and well looked after.

Rooms are excellent...away from any potential noise (unlikely) from pub
Brilliant chip shop next door
Not a dislike as such but it is a busy main road location so whilst great for access to m way, Blackburn and Preston , it's not a "walk from" hotel.
Excellent, great breakfast
The rooms are starting to look tired, could do with sprucing up, especially the bathroom to get ride of the black mould.
Lighting could be better, no enough low lighting to feel comfy
Pleasant welcome. The pub was cosy and inviting and the room was a good size with everything we needed. Excellent walk in shower, which was good for accessibility. Heating easy to control.
Breakfast was included and there was a very good buffet with cereal, fruit, yoghurt, pastries and fruit juice and cooked breakfast with quality produce used. Staff friendly and efficient without being rushed.
Good to see EV chargers on the carpark.
Friendliness, Wifi, cleanliness and breakfast.

Third visit so I know how good it is
Everything. We have stayed here several times.

Fabulous food and great location

Great beds with lovely staff
We were told by booking.com that the family rooms had superking beds. They do not. The double rooms have superking. I booked a family room for £79 when I could have booked a double for £69. You need to change the details on your information.
Everything was great, the staff make the difference.
