Particulièrement frustrant
Pros:

L’hôtel a un cadre incroyable. Nous sommes vraiment en immersion dans la nature.
La nourriture était particulièrement bonne ; le repas a été un véritable bon moment.
Le lieu est formidable et il a tout pour réussir, mais il lui faut un nouveau souffle.
L’hôtel a vraiment tout pour plaire. Il pourrait largement être un cinq étoiles, mais l’entretien courant laisse vraiment à désirer.

Cons:

Pour commencer, nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude. Quand je l’ai signalé, on m’a répondu de tourner les robinets de la douche et du lavabo vers la gauche et d’ouvrir les deux pendant longtemps. Nous n’avons jamais eu d’eau chaude et j’ai dû insister. Nous avons à peine eu le temps de prendre notre douche que nous n’avions déjà plus d’eau chaude.
La salle de bain était à peine fonctionnelle ; elle aurait vraiment besoin d’un petit coup de rafraîchissement.
La propreté laisse vraiment à désirer. Autour de la piscine, il y avait des gobelets usagés, des chewing-gums et des pansements. Une femme de ménage est passée facilement trois fois devant sans jamais les ramasser. Une fois de plus, j’ai dû le signaler.
Nous avons également très bien mangé, mais je trouve cela dommage : on nous donne une carte avec différents plats, et lorsque vous passez commande, au moins 30 à 40 % de la carte n’est pas disponible. Vous n’avez pas non plus la possibilité de prendre un dessert, ce qui est regrettable, car la nourriture est incroyable.

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Bach. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Gebuchtes Zimmer mit Balkon erhielten wir erst nach Urgenz. Rund um Swimmingpool und Spa Bereich wurde gebaut mit erheblichen Lärm und war daher nicht benutzbar. Zusätzlich wurden ständig die Grünflächen gemäht. Da gab es keine ruhige Minute.

It’s a great place to stay if you wanna go up in the mountains for a while
Pros:

Everything! We had an amazing restaurant there, the grounds were beautiful. The room was exceptional. It was right on a river, which was gorgeous.

Cons:

It was a little far out of town. It took us about a half an hour to walk, but really you wanna do a taxi most of the time. There wasn’t that much happening in the town so that wasn’t great either.

Still my favorite Hotel in Jarabacoa
Pros:

Location and ambiance are fantastic and unmatched. Quiet, with a lot of room. So always easy to find a quiet place.

Cons:

Wifi coverage and speed were spotty in some areas. Also, we had issues with our bathroom shower head. It was fixed, but still affected our experience. Also, hot water can take a very long time to start.
