The price was good and meal prices were good. It was in a great area to get back onto the A1 when travelling.
The staff needed more guidance, standing around most of the time when plates and empty drinks left on tables. Breakfast was aweful, waited a while for staff to appear and cooked breakfast very greasy. Staff still walking past dirty plates and cups on tables.
The hotel was a bit tired but clean, needs a bit of a makeover and staff training.

The bed was just 2 singles pushed into one and was hard as a brick. If you’re over 6ft your head touches the roof in the shower. The room was not clean at all. The heating wasn’t only coming off the wall it also didn’t work.

Choisi pour sa proximité avec l'autoroute sur un trajet en direction de l'Ecosse, cet hôtel est parfait pour une étape. Le pub/restaurant est adapté aux familles et propose des plats peu chers. La chambre était parfaite avec de la place pour 4 personnes et très calme.
La propreté des tables au petit déjeuner pourrait être améliorée.

Had to wait in reception approx. 15mins before I could find the member of staff who could book me into my room. The phone number to call at the desk was not a recognised number.
Comfy beds and staff were very good. Food was also really good.

My partner said that a running fan had kept her awake most of the night, only two sachets of coffee for the night and morning was a bit of an oversight on thier part ,but I know we could have asked for more,

Did not have any gluten free beer yet it was advertised in the bar would have been the icing on the cake.
