The bed was good and the room was spacious, I enjoyed the breakfast, the evening and breakfast staff were very pleasant, and a credit to the company.
The bathroom is tired, and the toilet was difficult to flush. The evening meal wasn't good, although it may be been my poor choice, although the Katsu curry sauce was nice.
Staff were friendly providing good informative welcome. Short distance from Pontefract center.
The shower tray was stained which made it feel unclean.
Breakfast cooked to order. Bed comfortable and room clean. Staff mainly very friendly and helpful. Good value.
People outside our room as around 11.30, talking very loudly which woke us up. Then same thing along corridor at 7.00. Perhaps some signs to remind people that others are sleeping?
