Best Plaza West Bay

It is a whole new experience for a night in Best Plaza West Bay hotel. First off, we were greeted by our very accommodating and helpful front desk, Ms. MJ. And there we were offered a very spacious, well-maintained room with a sophisticated view of the city. Highly recommended indeed.

It was amazing with very good service actually from saad he was helpful and the food was very tasty and I recommend to another person to visit your hotel

The service and the cleaning was good. I will recommend it. Hridoy and Emon are friendly guys. They do work nicely and professional.

There were two housekeepers that were extremely helpful. Mr. Hridoy and Mr. Emon. These two gentlemen provided assistance with my laundry they clean my room with no issues, and they provided me with small details about the hotel to my stay comfortable and grateful. This one of reasons why I will book my stay to this hotel again.

I have never written a review for anyone before, but after meeting this room attendant Salman , I genuinely felt he deserved it. His service was outstanding—always respectful, attentive, Respectful throughout my stay.

What impressed me the most was his incredible knowledge about countries all over the world. He knew my home country, the UK, and even my city, Bradford, in great detail. He spoke about places like Salts Mill, Peel Park, and Little Germany, which was truly surprising and impressive. Wherever I mentioned traveling or places I had been, he seemed to know each country and its famous landmarks and culture.

His friendly personality, global knowledge, and dedication to excellent service made my experience unforgettable. He is truly a great asset to the hotel, and I highly recommend him.

Visited the shisha cafe, and found it a hidden gem in fact, very attentive staff, great taste shisha and really good coffee options. the service make me a regular visitor here

She was so helpful, so professional and pretty an amazing human being with good human decency and kindness.

The pros: Value for money, location at the heart of West Bay- 10 min walk to DECC metro, 5 mins to the giant mall, access to Doha Sands Beach Club, massive well sound proofed rooms with all expected amenities, fast lifts

The cons: Slightly tired decor, stains on the carpet, terrible room service, variable customer service when dealing with issues, pool in shade for most of the day so a bit chilly (but water lovely and warm) coffee at the cafe is not great if you like a morning pick me up. Bar and pub restaurant closed- not informed of that prior to booking

Our family really enjoyed Nidaaya's seafood night. The seafood was fresh and well-prepared, with plenty of options for both adults and kids. The children loved the tempura, pizza, and dessert station. Staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience easy and comfortable for families. Overall, a great place for a relaxed seafood night with kids.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.
