Hallmark Resort in Cannon Beach

So much to do and have very accommodating.

Beautiful family and dog friendly resort with the most stunning view on Cannon Beach. Great restaurants all around. would definitely recommend Wayfair and Anna‘s! The ability to have a bonfire on the beach made every evening magical.

Spent a night here while driving to California from Washington. The best thing I have to say about the hotel is that the location cannot be beat. The hotel is right on the water with amazing views of Haystack Rock, the beach, and when the fog clears, the neighboring coastline. There are some good restaurants nearby for some good dining options.

From there, I'm afraid it goes downhill. The rooms we're clearly renovated in 2013 as they advertise, unfortunately they did not keep it up. Scuffs on the walls, stains on the carpet, edges of the carpet ripping up, gouges out of the trim, etc.

I at least know that my room was cleaned before my arrival because there was still cleaning solution in the toilet that had not been properly removed/rinsed out. The windows were not just smudged but had water spots all over them. I bought a couple of water bottles and planned to store them in the refrigerator, unfortunately it was not clean inside.

As far as hotels in the area go, this appears from the outside to be one of the nicer ones, but it is certainly lacking. And for what it is, I deem it overpriced.

Fantastic bottom floor, SW corner room with full beach and ocean view. Very friendly staff. Easy check-in and checkout. Our dogs loved the beach. It was their first time. They're used to the high desert of Central and Eastern Oregon. Sand was new to them.

It was on the beach, and just across the street was a great restaurant. The hotel sent up champagne and a note in a bottle to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The staff was great!

Lovely room with an absolutely gorgeous view of the beach and haystack rock. Convenient location with easy access to the beach. Beautiful room that was clean and modern.

So close to the beach

We had a beachfront room with a wonderful view of Haystack Rock and the ocean. It was incredible! We only stayed one night, but I wish we would have stayed longer! The rooms are super comfortable with gorgeous views, a fireplace, and a balcony looking out over the ocean. We saw Puffin and many other birds on Haystack Rock, and I watched elk walking down the beach while I enjoyed my coffee on our private balcony in the early morning. There is easy access to the beach if you don't mind stairs. The quaint town center is within walking distance as well with excellent restaurants and shops. We plan to return and stay for multiple nights. It was a highlight of our road trip from San Francisco to Seattle!

We had a nice experience. Things were tempered a bit by the consistent rain and overcast weather. The lodge itself was very quaint. We loved the lobby, which included a fireplace, family, board games, and bar. Our food at the Roosevelt restaurant was actually quite spectacular. Our room itself, a lakeside room, was fairly bare bones and dated, but clean and perfectly adequate. We look forward to returning when there’s better weather, and when we have more time to explore the park.

amazing location right at the haystack. Rooms were great, amenities were good. Indoor pool, hot tub and work out area. Walkable to town in fact there is a good restaurant and brewery right across the street

We were very pleased with our stay at the Hallmark, Pacific Suites. The room was very nice, clean and the location was great. it's a little bit of a walk to get to the downtown shopping area, but it's a nice walk there. The staff was very nice and accommodating. A nice extra for us was an EV Charging station in the Pacific Suites parking garage, which really helped us out. Parking was a little tight and scarce, but we managed to get a spot each day. Elevators are a little bit "Clunky", but work just fine. The noise level was good and was nice to open a window or slider and hear the ocean waves. We had a nice, but bit restricted view of the ocean and Haystack Rock from our balcony. We would stay here again for sure.

Check in was fast and easy, friendly staff, nice clean room, easy access to the ocean and beach.

Very nice room with a great ocean view. Well appointed and for the room type and location, reasonably priced. There is no restaurant but many are close by. It also has no air conditioning, but for the time we were there was no problem. In deep summer, it might be. Also, elevator availability is limited.
