Friendly staff.

Cons:

Almost everything in the bathroom was broke. Loose handles on faucets and flickering lights around mirror.

great coastal stop
Pros:

amazing location right at the haystack. Rooms were great, amenities were good. Indoor pool, hot tub and work out area. Walkable to town in fact there is a good restaurant and brewery right across the street

A very nice and much needed stay at the Hallmark Pacific Suites.
Pros:

We were very pleased with our stay at the Hallmark, Pacific Suites. The room was very nice, clean and the location was great. it's a little bit of a walk to get to the downtown shopping area, but it's a nice walk there. The staff was very nice and accommodating. A nice extra for us was an EV Charging station in the Pacific Suites parking garage, which really helped us out. Parking was a little tight and scarce, but we managed to get a spot each day. Elevators are a little bit "Clunky", but work just fine. The noise level was good and was nice to open a window or slider and hear the ocean waves. We had a nice, but bit restricted view of the ocean and Haystack Rock from our balcony. We would stay here again for sure.

Great ocean view
Pros:

Our second stay in Cannon Beach. Chose this property for its location on the beach.
Very nice room with a great ocean view. Well appointed and for the room type and location, reasonably priced. There is no restaurant but many are close by. It also has no air conditioning, but for the time we were there was no problem. In deep summer, it might be. Also, elevator availability is limited.

A Perfect Getaway
Pros:

The entire stay was fabulous starting with making the reservation with Susan. The room was comfortable and clean and little extras like the roll of paper towel showed your thoughtfulness. Your front desk staff was also outstanding. They were very friendly. We really enjoyed our much needed getaway.

Just wow
Pros:

We stayed in one of the ocean front balcony rooms. I was addicted to the balcony and the views of Haystack Rock. The room was clean and parking was convenient. We also walked to dinner and to the beach which was super easy. Can’t wait to come back.

The best views in Cannon Beach!
Pros:

My family, friends, and I had a wonderful stay at the Hallmark in Cannon Beach. The views were beautiful, and the room was both comfortable and spotless. The staff was warm, cheerful, and always ready to help with anything we needed. I would gladly stay again and highly recommend the Hallmark to anyone looking for a relaxing atmosphere, gorgeous scenery, and a comfortable night’s sleep. Thank you, we loved it!

One of the best stays I ever had in a resort, and that includes resorts stay in Hawaii and Florida.
Pros:

When checking out, as a joke I said “can I get a discount the next time I come? The manager pulled out a card and said “ we’re looking forward to your next visit!” The card was for a 17% discount the next time I book a stay.

Beautiful hotel with the best view. Highly recommend splurging for an oceanfront Jacuzzi room!!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our time here. The room was clean and beautiful, the staff was friendly! Can't beat the view from the oceanfront Jacuzzi rooms. Can't wait to be back.
