Best business venue. family retreat experience on the Oregon Coast
Pros:

I was at Cannon Beach for an entire week at business meetings (but of course brought my entire family along). Everything about the Hallmark is amazing. The location and views are amazing, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff were amazing at making our stay memorable. The Meeting venue was perfect for our meetings and the Hallmark was accommodating in every way. Did I mention the location and views? WOW! The Hallmark was not only fantastic at making our meeting great, but was as affordable (and in many instances more affordable) than stuffy, overpriced and under performing brand name hotels in cities. Why would anyone want to hold meetings anyplace else? My organization has now used this venue for meetings for six years. We will use it again. Incidentally, My family absolutely loved their experience of staying at this wonderful resort and playing on the Oregon coast.

Release, reconnect and rejuvenate
Pros:

My stay at The Hallmark exceeded every expectation and went above and beyond in every way. The staff were exceptional, the rooms were beautiful, the views were stunning, and the amenities made the whole experience exactly what I needed. The front desk staff were extremely accommodating when I requested to switch to a room closer to beach access, since I was fully planning to go into the ocean, and they made the transition effortless. Every part of my stay felt thoughtful, welcoming, and deeply restorative. I will absolutely be back.

Just about perfect!
Pros:

I have been going to Cannon Beach for 64 years. After my parents sold their cabin several years ago this is the only place I stay. It is well appointed, perfectly placed for best views of the ocean and the rock and is on high enough ground that tsunami risk worries are lessened. This is the place to stay!

Great stay again....awesome staff!!
Pros:

The Hallmark resort is my "go to" while staying on the Oregon coast. what makes this play so special, besides the location, is the outstanding staff! A couple times in the past I have come across issues, created by me, not them, in which they fixed the issue and told me if there was there anything else I needed that is what they where there for.
This last time myself and grand daughter fell into the water and was soaked head to toe. Our room was not ready yet so they found us another which turned out to be an upgrade. They upgraded free of charge and gave us extra towels to take back to the room to dry off. They also called later to check to see if we were OK. Ya....they got my business forever and anybody I else I can point their way.

Best location!
Pros:

Perfect location. Clean updated room. Cozy fireplace and cookies in the lounge were a pleasant surprise! My only hesitation to stay there again would be the comfort of the beds- maybe the problem was having a queen? And the first day when we opted for housekeeping, our bed didn’t get made. Kind of weird. But you really can’t beat the location!!! I’d stay there again!

Cons:

Dirty, found hair all over the bathroom, Junior suite did not look like the pictures. Couldn’t see the rock from my junior suite which is why we stayed in this location

Nice property.
Pros:

The staff was polite and the views are absolutely incredible! The one-bedroom was clean and comfortable, though it felt a bit crowded with some of the larger furniture pieces. The television system was somewhat challenging to navigate—even for someone fairly IT-savvy—so I can imagine it may be tricky for most users and I feel for the poor staff.

ADA navigation through the building could be improved, and smaller luggage carts would be a helpful addition to make move-in and move-out easier. Having just come from Lincoln City and stayed in a comparable room, I would say this is a very nice property as well—though it does come at a significant higher price point.
