all value is positive for Fraser Sudirman such as cleanliness of the room was so amazing, big applaus for restaurant staff agung & reception staff Ridwan and Angga was so friendly. they really give us excellent service during our stay and last the location of the building is very strategic, value for money its worth it.

Lovely stay in an ideal location
Pros:

Ideal central location. Quite a number of malls nearby and lots of street food stalls few steps away. We stayed in a two bedroom unit with two bathrooms which was very spacious and clean. The service staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was quite decent. Good enough. A home away from home with full amenities. Highly recommended. We will definitely stay here if we come to visit again.

Pros:

Thank you so much Fraser Sudirman for make me enjoy stay with family. We got nice and clean room, one positive value and great view. Also the pool is huge another positive point, the location very strategic near MRT station which is another positive value and last service from the staffs were outstanding especially agung at the resto, Febi & Ridwan at reception

memorable christmas stay

memorable stay for my stay with family during christhmas, even on that day was rain but our stay still have best moment thank you Fraser Sudirman for have spacious and clean room for us and very positive value is the swimming pool because is huge, and Fraser location is very strategic which is big postive value as well and also thanks to febi,ilham, angga and ridwan for having us. see next year guys

great loaction in the middle of city, very positive value with padel court and tennis court, and the rooms is clean and outstanding view, the food at incanto restaurant are amazingly delicous and overall all the staffs are friendly espcially ilham and ridwan always call me by name . definetly will comeback next year

Wonderful long stay with great facilities for family and close to the office in Sudirman road.
Pros:

The room was great with good facilities including washing machine with dryer great long stay with family and also great kitchen to cook in case don't have time to go out for kids and family. Great and big swimming pool having great time playing with them in swimming pool and enjoy the hot water pool. I everyday enjoy with the gym that's great and also really close by with the office in sudirman roads. Close by with Indomaret to buy convenience staff. Overall is wonderful experiences.

It’s a place to stay. It’s an apartment and yer you don’t feel at home
Pros:

The staffs. Friendly. Courteous. Helpful and very accommodating. From front desk, to concierge to housekeeping and restaurant services. Special mention for staff Puteri and Puji whom provided excellent service.

Cons:

It’s old. In need of refurbishment.
