Don`t want to leave a negative review but others have informed you of similar issues.
Pros:

only had the cornflakes, location no issues, room needs a total transformation, money spent on it big time

Cons:

very noisy outside. tv on the wall only just, very small, could live with it but on an angle , needs attention.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de paradas de bus, barrio muy bonito y tranquilo. El desayuno genial, se puede elegir a la carta y el personal es amable. Habitación limpia.

Cons:

Puede ser un poco ruidoso porque hay un bar en la planta baja y a veces está bastante concurrido.

Pros:

Friendly welcome, a decent bar and restaurant downstairs, and a good location. Clean linen and a big room.

Cons:

Rooms were very tattered and needed updating. Very cold because the windows were all rotting. Broken fixtures. Surprised at the state of them considering the price, it really lets them down

Overpriced, dated rooms, with woodchip paper everywhere and lack of Customer Service.
Pros:

The breakfast was nice and the location was great.

Cons:

We arrived for breakfast and the woman there didn't greet us and didn't speak to us. Eventually we asked what we needed to do to order our breakfasts. She took the order but she didn't bother speaking to us about anything else.
What a shame and the girls that checked us in were really lovely.

Obiekt znajduje się w pobliżu centrum. W tym samym budynku znajduje się lokal z alkoholem/jedzeniem bardzo popularny wśród lokalsów. Pokój był cichy i czysty. Łózko wygodne. Łazienka z toaletą znajdowały się w pokoju. Polecam ten obiekt w Bristolu.

Friendly, very clean, comfortable
Pros:

Exceptional and friendly staff who went out of their way to help. Managed to change a screen in the bar to the rugby for me. Service on a very busy night was efficient. Lovely beer garden.

Included breakfast was fantastic! Really recommend! Room was small but comfortable enough. Have to request the iron from reception

Creaky old floors, worn down bathroom, street parking is VERY limited. No phones so have to physically go down to reception.
