Kuta Townhouse Apartments

I had a great stay at this apartment—everything was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing time. The staff were incredibly kind and lovely, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. I especially enjoyed my nice conversation with Donna, who shared fantastic tips on local culture, their beliefs, and how a positive mindset works wonders on the body. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.

I had a wonderful stay at Kuta Townhouse Apartments in Bali. The apartments are clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the location is perfect—close to everything in Kuta but still peaceful and relaxing.

A special thank you to Donna at reception, who was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. She really made the stay feel personal and enjoyable.

The entire staff team was amazing—friendly, attentive, and always smiling. Their hospitality truly made a difference and made me feel at home.

The team at KTH are the friendliest possible staff I’ve ever met! An amazing team that make genuine effort to help meet your wants and needs. They have been nothing but lovely and welcoming to me. As this was my first solo trip I was a little nervous, however they eased my nerves with the care and everyday interactions we had - always with a friendly smile. With Donna’s warm presence and beautiful nature accompanied by the lovely Jenny at the front desk it makes it easy to call KTH my home away from home.

Robert the young house keeper was perfectly charming and always prepared to lend a helping hand. I know basic Indonesian and I thank Robert for challenging me by replying to me in Indonesian to test me which is what I came to Bali for in the first place - to experience the culture and the people. By Robert replying like he did it made it easier for me to learn.

The apartment itself has basic amenities that are cleaned thoroughly and daily and any issues raised are rectified and resolved immediately. It was perfect for me to come back to after a long day of exploring. The two pools are refreshing to swim and relax in after a long hot day with staff offering drinks or food as I relaxed. And speaking of long hot and humid days - the a/c in my room was icy cold! A welcome retreat after a day out.

All in all this place was amazing to me, security out the front made it easy to relax and the staff always wanting to help any way they can. Also a big shout out to Molly the dog who came and went as they please, always well tempered and always down for a pat! KTH is not far from anything really and all your needs are catered to, I will definitely be returning - solo or with family and friends!

We checked in late on 25 December and within the first hour it was clear this property was not livable. The apartment was very old and poorly maintained. The air conditioning barely worked, the toilet was leaking, the entry door was faulty, and the bed sheets were stained and smelled bad, which is unacceptable from a hygiene point of view.

I reported the issues immediately and showed them to staff. While the staff were genuinely kind and tried to help, management refused to refund. We had no choice but to check out the next morning and return the keys and find another hotel. This place is not as advertised and not fit for purpose. I would strongly advise others to avoid it, especially families.

The hotel and apartments are generally nice and clean. The atmosphere is calm and beautiful. There are many breakfast options. This is my favorite place for a family vacation because the prices are affordable.

The security out the front especially Diaz was super friendly very nice guy always made sure we got home safely and I recommend anyone too stay at the hotel it was clean and good

Cannot fault the staff at Kuta Town House apartments. Truly accommodating. We had deluxe 2 bed room and it was just right. Good size rooms, aircon, fans, comfy beds etc. It's in a good location in Kuta for shops and beach. Would definitely stay again

Property is dated in.middle of renovation, our stay was nice good breakfast good staff.

Kuta town house appartments currently constructing a new building, but let that stop you from going here.
Breakfast is adequate, eggs cooked to order.
Main thing that make hotel enjoyable is the staff they are amazing, always greeting you when coming or going via reception.
Pools are clean and there are four of them, each with different amounts of sun on them.
Will stay here again.

We have stayed here several times. Roopms are clean, a little old, but for what you pay the space is gret with kids. Breakfast is fine, would love to see more fruit options, however it is perfectly fine. Staff are great and very friendly. It is close to the beach with a 7 minute walk throughh the back lanes.

Noise from the adjacent mega hotel construction by the Tata group, of which this hotel is connected, is 7 days per week and incessant. Also difficult to get cars/taxis willing to pickup due to very narrow back lanes. Rooms are excellent: large and clean. Good breakfast buffet. Aside from the lane narrowness the hotel location is optimal.

Apartments are good , but there’s a construction happening next door

It was ok. Dont think they cleaned my sons roon all the time and pools were cold . Not there fault as no sun got on them.
