Pros:

The location is perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even have a pool. Drink prices are cheap. Breakfast was ok. I really liked the scrambled eggs and the omelette. The rooms need to be modernized but that is just me. The feel matches the hotel.

Cons:

Not enough air-con in the communal areas and I did not like where the rubbish bins are located outside the hotel.

My favorite hotel in Siem Reap
Pros:

I’ve been living in Cambodia (Phnom Penh) for 5 years, and Cheathata has always been one of my favorite places to stay. I usually come here on weekends to relax and refresh after a busy week. The staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Always enjoy my stay here and will definitely keep coming back!

Perfect stay at this hotel
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the location was excellent. The rooftop pool was a great bonus and a lovely place to relax. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and would happily stay here again!

Séjour merveilleux dans un endroit magnifique et un site extraordinaire
Pros:

Endroit merveilleux, prestations haut de gamme pour un prix modique ( un vingtaine d'euros ), très belle chambre avec boiseries , spacieuse, confortable, personnel adorable, serviable, accueillant , petit déjeuner de qualité, emplacement central à 200 mètres du centre ville.
Piscine en roof-top, garage, il ne manque vraiment rien .

Cons:

Franchement rien, tout est parfait, et ce n'est pas dans mes habitudes de tresser des lauriers . Vous avez les prestations d'un hôtel 4/5 étoiles françaises pour le prix d'un F1 ! Et encore ..

Great Service, Even Last Minute
Pros:

I asked for the complimentary bus station pick-up at the last minute, and honestly, I thought they wouldn’t be able to arrange it. But surprisingly, they managed to organize it for me! I really appreciate their effort and helpful service. Thank you!
