The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Upon check-in, everything was smooth and well-organized. I had already booked a full-day temple tour around the Angkor complex, and the entire experience went perfectly. Yes, we would go back to this hotel.
Pros:

Absolutely wonderful stay at Cheathata CTS Hotel. The staff were great and ready to help. The position was excellent for pubs and international cuisine restaurants. The pool is small but plenty for cooling off. The upstairs bar by the pool is a nice spot to hang out after a day at the attractions. We had a balcony, however it was tiny but enough for me to be able to go out to have a smoke. We did not find it noisy. About 50% of the staff struggle with English. We had a smart TV in our room which was great for early evening relaxing using our Netflix a/c. Breakfast has a wide variety and fresh; eggs your way by order.
