Perfect from start to finish
Pros:

Everything from the friendly welcome at check in to the room sizes and facilities. The room was cleaned everyday to a high standard. The location of the hotel was also excellent. I can fault this hotel for anything an if I ever returned to pigeon Forge I would be sure to stay here again and again.

Cons:

There isn’t anything I don’t like.

Happiest 61st birthday!
Pros:

Great birthday weekend with my hubby. Bed was big and comfy. The fireplace was warm after shopping in the brisk air. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will be back again!!

Enjoyed ourselves very well just wish that the room witness stuffy in the pool would’ve been bigger
Pros:

Love the location, the fact that you can see the mountains the staff was very friendly and it was very beautiful

Cons:

Didn’t like the fact that didn’t have a private balcony. The room was stuffy. Pool wasn’t as big as I thought it would be.

Loved the heated pool! Loved that the pool is always open! Loved the music and fire!

Great time spent with family.
Pros:

Liked the breakfast, across the street at Regans' Pancake House. Rooms very clean.

Cons:

Elevator - only one and sometimes could take a few minutes to get on. Stairs on each end were faster.

A very nice stay , great location with very clean rooms.
Pros:

Cleanliness , towel animal characters and daily cleaning service , rocking chairs and beautiful outdoor flowers , plants , fire pit , 24 hour pool, and the grounds are next to little pigeon river.
Also very close to the Island and lots of shops.

Cons:

Not enough plugs and usb ports in the room for 4
people.
