A very pleasant surprise.
Pros:

It was very conveniently located, clean, very quaint and comfortable.

Cons:

The only issue we had was the broken elevator.

Great place to stau in the Smokies
Pros:

Great place to stay. Short walk to The Island so didn’t have to fight the insane traffic. Short drive to Dollywood. Room was immaculate with very comfy beds & pillows (lots of options) and plenty of horizontal areas to put /organize our stuff. Loved the live musical entertainment and the free snacks! Would def stay here again.

Cons:

Our only issue was the elevator stopped working while we were trying to load our luggage on it.. was a bit of a hike walking down from the 4th floor carrying luggage but the staff got right on the elevator problem.

Home Away From Home
Pros:

Arbors was amazing! We brought my 4 and 3 year old for their birthday and everyone was so sweet and made us feel like family. The staff were so nice. Between the heated pool and play ground and water we always had something to do. We ended up coming out for the s’mores and live music and my kids loved dancing and everyone made us feel so welcomed. We will definitely be staying again we truly felt like family.

Friendly staff and affordable.
Pros:

The front desk staff at check in was extremely efficient and friendly. Took no time to check in. The room was adequate, and clean. The ceiling needed attention. Beds were comfortable and location was extremely convenient.

Cons:

The main thing that affected our stay was people gathering at the car entrance. If we were driving it was frustrating because they did not seem to care that they were blocking traffic. Also people were smoking everywhere...next to rooms, elevators, entrance to hotel. I have no problem with smokers but it needs to be restricted to a certain area. If there was a designated smoking area, that restriction was not enforced. We were also blocked in by someone pulling a large trailer. I was told we only had one parking spot per room, evidently it didn't apply to everyone.

Pros:

Walking distance to everything. You can catch the trolley right outside. Breakfast at Regans was great even if u upgrade to the buffet for 6 dollars it was worth it. Pool open 24/7.

Pros:

Everything from the front desk to the donuts slushy coffee etc. was exceptional. The room amazing very clean the views beautiful. The outdoor amenities rocking chairs covered seating area with outdoor gas fire pit. Down by water chairs outdoor fire pit everything was exceptional. Can’t wait for our next visit
