I would recommend
Pros:

Close to everything on the strip. Nice room with good amenities.

Cons:

The only negative was the in room fireplace didn't work. Not a big deal for us.

Clean, friendly, safe
Pros:

I stayed 2 nights with just myself and my 2 teenage daughters. We felt safe the entire stay. The rooms are nice and clean. Beds were comfortable.
Our only recommendation would be black out curtains. The sun was shining bright while we tried to sleep in.
We would definitely stay again.

Great location
Pros:

The Inn was a great place to stay. It’s conveniently located near the Island were there is plenty of things to do but also close to others things (The Comedy Barn)located on the smokey mountain parkway. The room was great, had everything we needed for the stay. Like most busy establishments there was some wear and tear but nothing that hampered the vibes. Great place, would definitely stay there again.

Cozy in a tourist town!
Pros:

The atmosphere is amazing! We were here for my child’s 13th birthday. The staff were so welcoming, the room was clean and the pool and hot tub are open 24/7. The room smelled like a fancy hotel when we walked in. You get free donuts, coffee, tea and frozen slush drinks for free. There is entertainment and it took us five minutes to walk to The Island. We felt like family here and we will be back!

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Nice, clean rooms. The rain shower shower head made for the best shower! Plenty of hot water to boot. Pool and hot tub open year round was an unexpected bonus. Love the location, and the birds were awesome to watch. American owned and operated was the cherry on top. Even though this was a staycation, it was nice to be able to get out and enjoy our "back yard". Will come stay again.

Perfect from start to finish
Pros:

Everything from the friendly welcome at check in to the room sizes and facilities. The room was cleaned everyday to a high standard. The location of the hotel was also excellent. I can fault this hotel for anything an if I ever returned to pigeon Forge I would be sure to stay here again and again.

Cons:

There isn’t anything I don’t like.

Happiest 61st birthday!
Pros:

Great birthday weekend with my hubby. Bed was big and comfy. The fireplace was warm after shopping in the brisk air. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will be back again!!

Pros:

We loved our stay here. We had a great time even though we had to leave the next day. I love that they have refreshments all hours and the fire pit. The room was clean and beds comfy
