Really liked this hotel
Pros:

Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Grounds very pretty. Sufficient parking. 24 hour Pool and hot tub access was super nice. Liked the drinks and donuts in the Lobby too. Trolley stop right out front Walk to The Island. We will definitely stay here our next time in PF.

Great stay!
Pros:

We chose Arbors for the location and price for a quick visit to Dollywood. We were pleasantly surprised at all the extras offered and the friendly faces we encountered. Clean room, beautiful grounds, smores, pool hot tub open late for relaxing after the park, free arcade games and snacks! 100% will return.

Very happy guests!
Pros:

This was my first stay at Arbors. My daughter suggested it. We had a great time. Rooms was very nice, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. You could walk to anything. Loved how they do their breakfast.

Cons:

We have no complaints. Great place!

It's a 2 star hotel

Cons:

The pictures were why we decided to stay and when we got there it was nothing like what it said. It was nice and clean just it wasn't what we expected from reading the listing.

Nice stay
Pros:

The room was clean. Bathroom was updated. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Only negative, there were 2 coffee makers on the microwave in the bathroom. So no room for curling iron, etc. I put them in the closet

Clean and Friendly
Pros:

We don’t stay anywhere but Arbors at Island Landing! The most friendly people. Pool area is amazing with the hot tub and kiddie pool. The gazebo is so nice and live music with Neesee Thursday to Sunday nights!

Love this place
Pros:

When we are lucky enough to make it to the Smokey’s We always stay here It is so nice and clean Every thing is available that you need Nice snack bar Voucher for breakfast. Everyone on site is so polite and friendly If you have a problem just call and they get right to it Had a wonderful stay

Not a bad place to stay, not sure if we will stay here again

Staff was friendly, purchased Dollywood tickets at the office, breakfast vouchers for restaurant was good

Cons:

4 o’clock check in time seemed kind of late. There were no shelves in the shower. You had to put soap/shampoo on the toilet or in the floor which is dangerous for handicapped person. Was told the rooms were going to be renovated.

It was a great comfortable place to come back and relax at.

Extremely clean, people in the office went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The bed was very comfortable.
