One of my favorite places to stay in Pigeon Forge.
Pros:

The pool area is super nice and pool is heated during colder months. Rooms are comfortable. Lovely place to stay.

The beds were incredibly uncomfortable for me. And the air unit was constantly shutting off every few minutes waking me and my husband all night long.

Fantastic all the way around
Pros:

Absolutely fantastic place to bring the family and stay while spending time in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the surrounding areas! Hands down the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in while traveling! The amenities there have something for everyone in the family, not to mention the pool, hot tub, and kiddie pool are open 24/7 with seasonality restrictions of course. Randy at the front desk is absolutely amazing and I felt at home immediately after speaking with him when we checked in. My family will definitely be back and may just stay on the property for a week to relax and BS with Randy. The other lady at the front desk was also very helpful and worked her tail off while we were there. (I apologize I forgot her name). The entire staff is awesome, the facility is great, the location is fantastic, and you can’t beat the price! Forget all of the big corporation hotels and bought your stay here…. You won’t be disappointed!!
