Pros:

Very friendly part of the country clean pool and rooms close to the beach and easy walking distance to a very good café ice bar friendly local shop and good family restaurants.
Clean rooms with private balcony

Cons:

It was a distance from town but if you want quiet which we did perfect

Cons:

Czyszczenie basenu w godzinach otwarcia zamiast jak jest siesta i basen jest zamknięty.
Brak otwarcia basenu z 45 min opóźnieniem. Bardzo głośne rozmowy personelu na basenie w godzinach jego otwarcia.

Lovely stay in a well-maintained property

Comodità degli spazi , arredamenti semplici e puliti con tutti i servizi ,il giardino con cancello diretto in piscina , l'utilizzo della lavatrice in casa , vicino al mare e vicino ai servizi, consiglio

Pros:

Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto, aveva decisamente fretta nell concludere il check in . Stanza in pessime condizioni igieniche, polvere sotto il letto , capelli di ospiti precedenti nel bagno . L’appartamento molto vecchio e molto datato , tutto molto trascurato. Mancanza di zanzariere, mancanza di lettino prendi sole . Molto deludente tutto. La zona molto brutta , strade rotte un incubo . L’unica nota positiva era il mare molto vicino .

Die Lage ist spitze und die Aussicht der Hammer!!

Cons:

Die Betten sind nicht sehr bequem. Wenig Ausstattung in der Küche. Tischtennisplatte leider immer noch defekt.

Widok, klimatyzacja, kontakt z personelem(byli pomocni), obecność w pokoju: suszarki, dużej lodówki, pralki, żelaska, leżaki na tarasie.

Cons:

- brak wymiany ręczników na czyste;
- gąbka do naczyń była po poprzednich wynajmujących;
- uszkodzone drzwi prysznicowe;
- zagrzybiały prysznic;
- niedomyte naczynia;
- brak wcześniejszej informacji o depozycie;
- trzeba sie upominać o papier toaletowy.

Meraviglioso
Pros:

Tutto perfetto, struttura nuovissima e ben tenuta. Cura di ogni ambiente. Piscina con bagnino pulitissima. Mare a 3 min a piedi con 2 opzioni (spiaggia libera o attrezzata). Presenza di vari negozi e ristoranti a 2 min a piedi dalla struttura. Possibilità di scegliere tra appartamenti con o senza piscina privata.
Gli appartamenti sono enormi, con annesso grandissimo terrazzo fornito di sdraio, tavolo e barbecue.
Nella struttura sono presenti: lavatrice, stendibiancheria, phon e asse da stiro con ferro.

Cons:

Si potrebbe mettere qualche prodotto per la pulizia della cucina, pavimenti e bagno. Ed un ventilatore nella camera da letto dove il condizionatore è assente.

Molti aspetti positivi ma migliorabile
Pros:

Gli aspetti positivi sono molti, si va dalla vicinanza alla spiaggia, al mare molto pulito e alla posizione invidiabile per visitare questa zona della sicilia e l'etna. Piscina molto curata e pulita, personale attento. Parcheggio auto dedicato e comodo.

Cons:

Ci sono aspetti migliorabili soprattutto per un 4 stelle che dovrebbe offrire ben altri standard. Mancanza di beni di base nella cucina, mancanza di zanzariere e di dispositivi per contrastare le zanzare, arredamenti troppo essenziali soprattutto all'esterno. Wifi insufficiente e a volte non disponibile. Nelle numerose regole della struttura il cliente deve provvedere alla pulizia della cucina. Basterebbe poco per migliorare di molto il soggiorno.
