Pros:

Staff here were so friendly! Gym is absolutely amazing. Would definitely stay again, clean, friendly and great facilities!

Pros:

Quarto enorme, com uma varanda com pia. Piscina grande também, acesso a academia do bairro. Dispõe de chaleira elétrica e saches de café solúvel e leite em pó.

Cons:

Café da manhã pago a parte não compensa. Preferi fazer o café no próprio quarto. O Hotel fica na região central de Phuket, longe de Patong beach, pra ir pra praia tem que pegar o pau de arara que sai do mercado central, e a noite tem que voltar de moto táxi, que fica em média entre 20 a 30 reais saindo de patong.

Séjour très décevant. À mon arrivée, la chambre initiale n’avait pas d’électricité, j’ai donc été déplacé(e) dans une autre chambre . Malheureusement, celle-ci était infestée de nuisibles durant tout le séjour.
La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas non plus, rendant les conditions encore plus inconfortables.
Malgré plusieurs signalements, le personnel a fait preuve d’un grand manque de réactivité : on m’a simplement remis 1 sprays anti-insectes, totalement inefficaces.
De plus, la majorité du personnel ne comprenait pas l’anglais, ce qui a fortement compliqué la communication, à l’exception d’un réceptionniste qui a heureusement fait de son mieux pour nous aider.
Les conditions d’hygiène et le manque de professionnalisme sont inacceptables. Nous disposons de vidéos prouvant la présence des nuisibles. Une compensation financière serait pleinement justifiée.

Fint och fräscht hotell, mestadels bra service, luktade fukt på rummet.
Pros:

Det var fräscht och välstädat. Maten ok. Fantastiskt trevlig personal i receptionen. Sköna sängar. Stort fint badrum och fint rum.

Cons:

Det luktade ”fukt” i rummet vi bodde. Så alla kläderna fortsatte lukta fukt eller avlopp sen efter vistelsen, även efter att vi bytt hotell. Poolerna var fina men lite kalla.
Handdukar byttes inte varje dag och städ kom inte flera dagar förrän nästan på kvällen, trots att vi sagt till på förmiddagen att vi önskar städning. (Man skulle anmäla om man önskade städning i receptionen)
