Pros:

Расположение прям центр у Лотоса. Завтраки однообразные, но выбор большой. Всегда только вьетнамская кухня иногда спагетти отварные и типо соус Болоньезе

Cons:

Этот отель хоть и 5* но он очень древний, оооочень. Персоналу вобщем плевать на гостей, в лифт даже первыми бегут и не важно с тележкой или с чем. Хотя надо сперва гостя пусть 🤣

Pros:

A good spacious room with large window that can be opened. 8 elevators. Very helpful staff.

Cons:

Swimming pool is outdoors and is cold in winter. Spa is 18+ with "special" services. Lots of noise from the street and from the hallway.

Pros:

The room was very spacious

Cons:

The room wasn’t cleaned properly, the previous patron had stuck chewing gum to the wall (which is disgusting behavior) and there was pieces of rubbish on the floor, that weren’t picked up.
Also, when having a shower it flooded the bathroom floor, and is slippery. It’s not a very well designed bathroom.
