Do not want to visit this hotel again.
Pros:

nothing much. The staff were okay.

Cons:

No aircon and even when the technician repaired it did not work Suddenly informed that there would be no electricity in the hotel. Hotel did not make provisions for guests. This happened at night and I could not sleep and neither could the others because there was no electricity no aircon. One of my neighbours was reasonably distresssed. Terrible..The breakfast is bad.. food looked like leftover, oily, very salty. When I complained about the saltiness, I noticed the same gravy I had complained about seemed less thick in consistency. It was quite tasteless all the same The carpet in the corridors are not clean. The staff are okay but it seems like the management does not care. I did inform the counter staff and someone quite senior they should give all guests a discounts as we did not get but sleep for that night. I had to move room at almost 2.30 am and that spoiled my stay in KL completely

Pros:

The location is perfect for our travelling purpose this time. Room size is suitable for 4-5 pax adult/kids.

Cons:

The room was a bit stuffy. Seems like it was rarely used or insufficient air circulation? But the sliding door can be opened to reduce the smell/improve circulation.

Pros:

it's at a strategic location , near to malls , easy to walk around and find food .

Cons:

my husband and I got bitten by bed bugs, quite a bad experience as it's not cheap at all to book this hotel even on a weekday.
