Location is great
Faciilities in the bedroom are poor. No separate switch for bedside lamp, no USB port for phone charging. Housekeeping was barely adequate, did not refill drinking water, towels should be left in the bathroom - NOT on the bed, and generally not very clean. The bedroom is tired and needs upgrading.
Reception staff are not well-trained and don't seem very responsive or helpful

Room size, location.
Staff were good.
breakfast was rather poor. Lacks variety.
Strategic place for shopping, coffee lepak, family corner,MRT near by,breakfast not bad, bed sheet linen, pillow, divan mattress was good.
The bathroom was not satisfactory. Water always collected on the floor after use. The bathroom sink looked poorly maintained, and the silicone sealing was missing or not properly done.
The shower area was not designed well because water could easily flow out onto the bathroom floor. The shower gel provided was not enough for a 3-day, 2-night stay, even though I requested a refill during room service.
Lastly, the toilet bowl had a visible crack, which gave a poor impression of the room's maintenance.
The location..the staf..the cleanliness
I had a wonderful and comfortable stay with my daughter & grandson... Good breakfast selection and i love nasi lemak & sambal paru delicious👍 ... also the kari ayam with roti canai🤗...

Credit to the friendly staff frm reception, security, housekeeping and restaurant staff..
Overall we enjoy staying at this hotel and inshaaAllah i will come back...

Tiny cockroaches in the room and toilet. Toilet can be cleaned better.
Location wise it very good for some of us who like easy access to a diverse range of food options and some shopping. There are 3 good supermarket within 5-mins (covered) walk from the Hotel; and also lots of other shops - including IKEA.
Buffet breakfast menu is quite "Malaysianized' and almost the same everyday, also quality is not so great. Fruits choice is always melons, the hotel should diversify and offer local seasonal fruits.

Все замечательно - приветливый персонал, заселили чуть раньше положенного. Номер просторный чистый, кровать удобная. Чистота приемлемая.
Как обычно, в раковине на стыках имеется немного чёрной плесени.
Очень большие подушки, очень высокие. Есть риск шею защемить.
