Pros:

Muy buena atención y actitud del personal, muy buena relación calidad precio, situado al lado de la estación de buses, ideal si vas a viajar al dia siguiente o si llegás aqui desde otro lado. También esta muy cerca de un supermercado.

Cons:

Había un poco de ruido, pero es normal por la ubicación, ademas estaban haciendo obras justo fuera de mi ventana.

A good place to stay
Pros:

The hotel is located next to the very busy bus rank. They are many traffic during the day time. It is a very short walk to the CBD and shopping centre. The hotel itself is bit old but it has adequate facility as needed.

Comfortable stay for the price
Pros:

Location is right in centre of Gaborone so it makes an ideal rest stop during travel.

Cons:

Need more freebis and better entertainment with regards to the channels available on the television.

Pros:

For the price it was clean and had everything you could need for a lights stay before taking a bus. The location was handy for the market and the buses. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Is easy to go around because is not far from the interested points, so I basic walked everywhere but the location is not good, it's in a bus central, so is always full of people, bus and cars, completly busy and messy! Is affordable, so if you have short budget and time I think it won't be too bad, but if you have a longer time in Gaborone, I don't recomend.

It was fine except for late entry
Pros:

Didn't take any breakfast

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that I arrived in the morning for a meeting but was denied entry to the room until 1300hrs which was a big inconvenience to me. For that reason m no longer going to book at the facility

Excellent comfortable location for transport and shops/market
Pros:

Excellent location for transport and nearby shops. I noticed there was an overnight bus stand to Maun right outside. It was also the terminus for the shuttle from Windhoek.

Cons:

Check in staff superb. Friendly and helpful.
Had a small disagreement with new receptionist next day. I asked for my room not to be cleaned. She insisted it was the rule..strange?? Later, all was forgiven when she kindly arranged an early morning taxi for me.
