Ideal location and a good place for a short stop over
Pros:

Close location to the bus and taxi rank which makes for easy access to transport.
We met friendly and helpful staff during our visit.
Beautiful view of the city on the 3.rd floor on the side overlooking the bus & taxi station / terminals.
The room space is very large.
The building is dated and the rooms need to be modernised, but considering the price, location to shops & public transport, cleanliness and comfort of the beds, this is an ideal location for short business trips or visits to the city.
Free Parking is available and the premises is clean & safe.

Cons:

The reception area, restaurant and bar facilities need to be modernised and a more inviting atmosphere to dine or spend time in the facility should be made a priority for management.

Ok for short stay!:
Pros:

Staff are nice! As I had to get the bus to Maun, the location was good because it's beside bus station!

Cons:

It was not very clean. There was mold in the bathroom. It needs update!

Pros:

The hotel is affordable and offers a better value of money coupled with friendly staff. It was worthy staying.

Cons:

I had one issue with in-house food was not satisfactory. There is indeed need to improve. A customer need to enjoy the value of money in relation to the in-house restaurant.

There should be an iron in the room.
