The person working when we checked in was extremely friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond.
Pros:

It was easy enough to find. The room was extremely clean. The hotel was very clean and so was the pool! Impressed!

Loud guests above us and next to us.
Pros:

It's a nice hotel and the staff is very friendly and courteous.

Cons:

They put me in a connecting room which was ok except when the guests in the next room became extremely loud at 10 pm continuing through til 2 am whe I finally had enough and banged on the connecting door and told them to shut up. They finally quieted down.

Was not happy with the females bikini I found left in the nightstand draw. Was pretty disgusted by that. Had no sort of compensation for that as well.

The hotel, staff, and room were nice, but certain things I expected would be better for the price.
Pros:

The staff and service were excellent! Karen at the front desk was very down to earth and welcoming, and added some humor at check in, which I really appreciated. She was very helpful and accommodating, and checked in with us even after we settled into the room to make sure everything was good. So could not have asked for better service! Security was nice as well.
The room was nice... loved that it had a full size fridge and a pretty large sink, and it was pretty updated with a nice layout and TV that turned to swivel between the living room area and the bedroom area. I could see how it would be a great room for a long term stay. I also liked the bar stools and seating area in general.

Cons:

We stayed on the 3rd floor and the water pressure was VERY weak, which made showering a disappointing experience.
The room was fairly clean, but it felt like parts of the room like the leather/pleather couch had small streaks of dust/dirt that weren't horribly obvious, but definitely just noticeable enough to make you question the overall cleanliness of the room as a whole (which still seemed clean otherwise).
The pillows were also interesting and felt like someone stuffed a bunch of pillow cases in another pillow case. I slept very well in the beds despite that, but I've just never experienced a pillow like that in a hotel before.

Excellent hotel!
Pros:

My husband and I stayed here for one night with our three children and dog. The 2-queen bedroom with sofa bed in separate living room & kitchen (including dining table, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove) was very comfortable, clean, spacious and perfectly set-up for our needs. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. There were two large tvs and two desks, which was great. Plenty of storage for our luggage. The hotel lobby was very clean and nicely decorated as well. The breakfast was pretty good. We didn't have time to use the pool, unfortunately.

Cons:

During breakfast, a woman entered who was very clearly under the influence of drugs and improperly dressed (appearing to be unhoused). I'm not sure if she was a guest or if she just eats there when she can. It was uncomfortable for our children and we left quickly.
