Very understaffed. Desk people were virtually non-existent.
Staff at the desk were nice and welcoming.

The pool was out of operation. I wish I knew before I reserved a room because I needed a pool to do my physical therapy due to injury

Building decor is in need of repair. Wallpaper is peeling. The housekeeping staff apparently runs into the walls. It is just not appealing.
Room was clean and comfortable
People were running in the halls until after 11pm and stomping and jumping and running above us past midnight.
I loved the shuttle. There were great restaurants nearby.
The pool is broken, but I suppose that can’t be helped.

The key cards did not work half the time had to go down every day to get my key cards redone. Several people had this problem should really update the key system,
I enjoyed the location the friendly staff. Vert customer focused and answered questions willingly.
Because of my son being released for Mayo Clinic. We had to cancel our second night's stay. With Booking.com it is a very difficult process. to this day, I don't know if they refunded my credit card. No one can be reached at Booking.com. It is the most complexed system for communication.
The room was large, bathroom was very large, the bed was comfortable.
The room was listed as a suite. While there were two beds and a sitting area (pull-out sofa), it was still all in one room, with only a decorative half wall to split the space. We booked the room thinking there would be separate spaces (to be able to read or have a light on without bothering the other person), this wasn't the case.
The value was spot on and the facilities were clean and comfortable.

The location was easy to find.
When I booked the room there were pictures of a pool and it was listed there was a pool. When we got there the pool was broken. We were not informed prior to arrival or given the option to cancel/rebook.
They have a shuttle to Mayo
Nice location and pretty quite
I needed a wheelchair as I just had an operation I am pretty tall the wheelchair has no foot rests it was probably harder to sit in it than it would of been to walk
