It was a pleasure to stay here
Pros:

Nice location and pretty quite

Cons:

I needed a wheelchair as I just had an operation I am pretty tall the wheelchair has no foot rests it was probably harder to sit in it than it would of been to walk

Outside lighting very poor, no lit sign. Chair in dining area rickety, seat totally worn out Padding

Shower was not accessible, tub in ADA room. And where is my reciept???? Was told Booking would provide right away.

That that the pool was supposed to be open. And wasn’t!! And that we didn’t get any blankets for the couch and had to get get sheets.

Comfortable, safe and convenient
Pros:

Convenient location to restaurants, newer area, very comfortable beds, walk-in shower and hot breakfast was good. Private shuttle bus was great to Mayo. Helpful and courteous staff.

Cons:

Our room thermostat was set at 62 degrees and was chilly. Took couple hours to warm up considering it was cold and windy out.

Pros:

I really liked the layout of the room and how spacious it was.

Cons:

I was very disappointed to find out the pool was shut down when we checked in. Honestly, it was the make or break for us to stay, but with reservations already made and paid for, we reluctantly stayed.
